the place is gorgeous, the pool was nice and the property manager/owner was wonderful, considerate of our needs and moved us to another property. It was private and we wanted to make sure we cleaned it and left it like we got it, Thank you so much, I have not been well, this was very nice everyone in one place

Such a great experience and stay. Home was clean and fully stocked. Owner was very attentive and helpful. Would highly recommend for a large family or group.

I was hesitate on doing a review because I didn’t stay in the home listed it was last minute plumbing issue and I was offered a refund or to move to a 4 Br instead of 6 and honestly all or that was fine as the title of my review stated it ended well. That truly didn’t bother me because that’s life unforeseen circumstances that alter plans. What I would advise anyone to do before renting is read the rules all of them. The tone that I received from Jamie was unnecessary. I was already stressed trying to get my family in for my daughter graduation had a last minute change of 6 bedroom to 4 I was worried about Will there be enough room in the different house and Jamie tone honestly made me feel like I had not spent a dime to rent, it was although she was doing me a favor instead of me paying for a service. I read other reviews and I hope that who ever responds doesn’t come in to attack because all of my feedback was not positive. Daniel came in with great customer skills I provided what was needed the house was great the pool was great had everything we needed. Customer service with Jamie really needs work I was thankful that Daniel came into the thread and changed the tone. Overall my family and I had a great time good neighborhood one of the neighbors came over and gave my daughter a gift for graduation.

This place need remodeling. There is a mold smell and the bathrooms are awful. It is big and spacious place but a upgrade can do. There were stains on the toilet and the showers were not cleaned properly. I will not be booking this place ever again, I see why the pictures are short cut because the place is really old and smelly. On the last night stay I had a small get together because my family was exchanging Christmas presents and the owner sent me crazy messages and the ad clearly say family reunion are welcome and I only had 20 ppl there and he said it was 40. I am not happy at all and this place should not be on any booking site because of the home upkeep. The carpet are stained and the mold smell is disgusting and could make anyone sick so be aware of these reviews because they are real.

I have waited serveral days to write this so that I can put as much information as possible, as I read the reviews to help with making my decision. My group only stayed 3 hours (supposed to stay 9 days) and only stayed to try and figure out what to do. 1st: owner will tell you I didn't even stay...correct I had a family emergency and couldn't so I got the information from pictures and from the 11 that wanted to stay. 2nd, he will repeat over and over tht pictures don't lie. That may be why there is only 1 picture of the 4 bathrooms from far away and only of the pink tub. The showers, sinks, toilets, floors were discusting. Mold, mildew, scum. Owner said "acceptable, but no! We sent pictures. He did come out a day or so later and take the glass out of one shower and replace with a shower curtain. Didn't fix mold and mildew in the tile grout or the build up around the drains. Said the orange ring around the toilets and tile was glue and that the toilets were new...never seen orange, brown glue especially if the glue was new with new toilets. . Pictures also do not show the extremely stong mildew smell, infact one of our boys had to leave the house after bing in for a short time beause his asthma was acting up. There was a soft/mushy spot in one of the rooms and below a water mark in the ceiling. The carpet on the stairs looks original and REALLY needs to be replaced. Kitchen counters were sticky with food residue, bugs and again grout was an interesting gross color. bugs coming out from around dishwasher, some came out of faucet....of course he said he didn't see any of this. We sent pictures....Outside both doors the bees/wasp were all over, flying up into the roof or something, again he said he didn't see anything. I could say more but I think you get it. The group decided that there was nothing he could do to get them to stay, we even considered hiring a cleaning crew ourselves, but it was way more than just cleaning . We left with owner telling us we would NOT get our $6100.00 refund. We assumed (wrong) that VRBO would help us out and it was getting late and we had to try and find somewhere to go for 11 people. DO NOT ever think VRBO will support their customers. They leave the refund up to the owner....why would he give it back, He just pocketed 6k for nothing. Why would we leave if it was acceptable (thats what owner said, it is acceptable). If I could post pictures I would but I will on another site. Never again

The house is very spacious and allowed for my family, friends and I to take advantage of the property without feeling overcrowded. We were able to enjoy the pool and outdoor patio area based on the level of privacy that the house offers. The home is older but we had no issues with it during our stay. The hosts/owners were very responsive which allowed for us to book the property with confidence. We would stay here again!

We were renting this house while in town for a baseball tournament. This house was perfect for us. Plenty of beds for sleeping. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. It goes without saying that the Pool was a big hit with the Boys as well as the ping pong table. Hosts were easy to communicate with and made the stay extremely comfortable. Thank you! I highly recommend this house for any larger family or groups for short or long stays

I loved staying in this house, everything was very clean there, there's everything you need for the kitchen, lots of towels and the owner was very kind. I would rent it again
