The facility was very nice. It was clean and quiet.

I didn’t like that I couldn’t reach anyone from the hotel staff between 9p and 9a. My room didn’t have a shower curtain and I couldn’t even get one. Also, I didn’t like that the staff was saying assigned room numbers out loud, instead of just writing them on the key card sleeve for customer protection.

Convenient location (right off the interstate) and rate was very good for a suite-style accommodation.

Confusing and conflicting check-in instructions. Initial message said to check in and retrieve virtual keys from the app. On the day of the stay, got another message to download another app, but it provided incorrect login information for the app. Then a few hours before my arrival, got a text from the front desk that my key cards were in a drop box. I was driving the whole day so I didn't realize I had received the last two messages and spent 30 mins outside, trying to get into the hotel. The front desk closes at 7pm, so you should hope that there are no check-in issues or issues with your room if you plan on arriving later. There is no phone number to call. There was construction material that blew out of the HVAC system and covered both beds when we arrived. The sofa bed was also not cleaned. The cover had large stains and food crumbs. The sofa bed was also partially collapsed so I had to sleep diagonally to avoid putting weight on the unsupported part of the bed. We had no towels or soap in our room.

It smelled wonderful, it was clean inside and out. Great location and it felt safe.

The receptionist was nice but there is room for improvement (stay off personal phone) while conducting business. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived but when we did get one the room had to be cleaned a little. But I will definitely stay Again!!!

The location was good and it was spacious. Close to grocery stores. You had to use a keycard to enter the main door and side doors.

The room was not clean upon arrival. Kitchen was dirty, the toaster was broken. The ironing board cover was too big and dirty. The shower curtain had mold on it. Carpet wasn't vacuumed. The beds were sinking in. If I didn't clean this room up already I would've changed it. Needs to upgrade asap. Front desk personnel needs a course in Customer Service.

The space, having phone access to the staff after the office closes. The rates were excellent. The two televisions were an excellent feature.

I had to request clean towels every day. The staff did fulfill the request, but I wish I didn't have to ask for towels daily. The elevator should be monitored more closely. Seeing that the rooms aren't cleaned daily, maybe providing a broom and dust pan to get up spills in between and more dishwasher pods. The weak internet service.
