The room was fine.

The lady working when we checked in around 10 pm was not friendly. She acted annoyed that we were there. She barely looked at us or answered my questions.

1) the room was so small. We booked a king suite and yes, the bed was king size but the room itself was like a box. We've been to Holiday Inn Express chain many times both in the States and in Europe but we've never seen a room as small as that. Delirium 2) this hotel is sooo noisy, we were waked up by our neighbors (or was it the staff?) at 6 o'clock in the morning 3) the hotel needs repairing and renovation. On the one hand, everything seems to be like in any other Holiday Inn Express. On the other hand, everything is old and not very pleasant 4) the hotel is far from the city centre, the taxi costs a lot Taking everything mentioned above into account, the price of more than $150 is not reasonable for this place

The check-in process was seamless. The location was ideal; there were several eating places close by, and it provided easy access to the highway!

Our room had a foul odor, like sulfur. Even when we sprayed, we could not get the odor to go away, and we were informed that it was not just our room. In addition, we were placed in a room that was right next to the elevator, so we constantly heard people talking and getting on/off the elevator all night and in the morning. It was also advertised that we would have a microwave in our room which we did not, so that was unfortunate and an inconvenience.
