The condo is perfect. Plenty of space for the whole family. The accommodations are perfect. Everything you need is there.

We had 6 Mothers and 6 -13yr old Boys celebrating 7th Grade Graduation. Condo was extremely spacious. Kitchen was well equipped. Only down side was that hot tub on the balcony was shut down. Other than that all of us Mothers couldn't be happier with condo.

Our family of 9 enjoyed this condo very much. It was very clean and organized. Our family had plenty of space to relax and enjoy our time.

Really nice condo, right on the beach. Property Manager handled issues better than anyone we've ever had (change light bulbs, check garbage disposal, replace iron). Two issues were the grill didn't work for almost a month due to waiting for parts, finally they had to put in a whole new grill; also all the hot tubs were unusable due to sanitary cleaning. Otherwise, very nice place. We'd stay again.

We loved our stay in the condo! Plenty of room for all of us & clean! The ice maker was so nice to have & all the cups, utensils, pans, kitchen items were plenty! Easy access to the beach, pools, etc. with a beautiful view. Easy parking & check in process. We loved it and so did our kids. The only issues we had: the grill didn’t work - they said they would send someone, but it was never fixed. The handles were off of it & we couldn’t figure out a way to make it work. So if you want a grill, make sure it’s fixed first. Second: the master bed could use a new mattress! Very hard, squeaky & lumpy. Otherwise, we loved it & would definitely come back!

Our stay at Turquoise Place was amazing!! Very clean, convenient, pleasant stay! There is so much right there to do for the entire family! We would definitely visit again!

I have stayed at the Turquoise place many times before, but the first time with this company and this unit. C1708, while the views are unbeatable-the unit is far less than what you desire when staying at the turquoise place. Before arriving the check in process was emailed to be in detailed. Before July 1, guest were to check in a particular building. We arrived on June 28th at 4 pm, unloaded at the designated building per instructions just to be told they changed earlier than excepted and we have to go to the adjacent building. No notices of the change. Upon entering the condo and unpacking, the refrigerator was not cooling off. We called three times, just to be told it took 4-5 hours to cool off. We have groceries and I explained the refrigerator wasn’t even kicking on. We waited said “5 hours”, still wouldn’t work. I called back twice, finally took 19 hours for some help to arrive. Yes groceries ruined and pizza become uneatable after becoming thawed out for so long. Second, the jacuzzi master bath had buttons that were busted and broken. Several elements of the jacuzzis wouldn’t turn off and even started on their own while out of the tub. Third, the toilets bubbles constantly and toilets has trouble flushing often-plumbing issues. Gas grill wouldn’t light properly. We have to take grates off to clean and to manually get it going to cook. Outside hot tub was not cleaned. There was sand on in the bottom from previous renters and would not get remotely warm, no matter how much the temp was adjusted. The tv would not allow us to watch anything, constantly buffering. Live TV worked sometimes, but we couldn’t watch anything else. The vent hood would not stay in while cooking on the stove. The buttons would stick together and shut off within minutes. We were shocked at the lack of attention to detail and broken appliances for the amount of money that was spent for our vacation. We constantly felt like something was always wrong. The beds offered no support, sheets only. No bedding. We will definitely not being staying with this company or this condo ever again. No attempt to make anything right after spending several $$$$.

The condo was amazing! It had everything you could possibly want. It was very open, roomy and very tastefully decorated as well as very beautiful. Kitchen was amazing with all the options and more. Cabinets were filled with all right accessories, dishes, glassware and cookware for any cooking need. Great bar area with built in ice maker!! Bedrooms and bath were super nice and very spacious. Condo had beautiful lighting inside and out! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
