Came into town for a wedding. House was beautiful, location wonderful! Watched the sunset over the marsh on the first night.
Host was very responsive.

From the booking process, to the moment we arrived, we had a wonderful experience. The owners were easy to reach, and very interested in us having a good stay. The house was wonderful. My husband remarked that it “still has that new house smell.” It was very clean, comfy beds, great kitchen. I especially appreciated the little touches, such as complimentary tea and coffee, and bathroom soaps. The linens were provided. This was such a luxury, as most places we’ve stayed at don’t provide the linens or towels. There was space for one car in the garage, and the keyless locks made it easy for everyone to get in without worries.
I highly recommend this house. It’s about two blocks from the Mrs Mitchell’s end of the beach. Very quiet and beautiful area right next to the marshes. Great for walks. We loved it!

Excellet house in perfect location. House was very clean and nicely updated. They made the booking process so easy and were quick with responses. My family and friends are already talking about booking this house for next year. Walking distance to the beach and strip. Highly recommend for anyone planning a getaway toHampton Beach!

We left our families at home and had an amazing girls get away at this beautiful home! We were able to walk to everything and not worry about driving. The deck is very small and cute but there is plenty of seating below so you can still enjoy the outside! Highly recommend and we would love to come back!

This house was just perfect. It was very clean and spacious. Fireworks view was awesome! Everything about it was great and it was nice to be close enough for the younger adults to walk to the beach but far enough away for it to be peaceful and relaxing.

Beautiful west views over the marsh. Close enough to walk to the beach, but far enough to be away from the busyness. We were a family of three couples and two toddlers. The place worked well. Very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The only ding was no beach towels. It seems like for the money, that would have been nice.

Clean, new and beautiful house. Kitchen had all the basic things you would need to prepare meals at home. The beach and boardwalk were only a 7 minute walk away! I will definitely stay here again.

We had planned to spend a week in Nova Scotia and suddenly Hurricane Fiona decided to head there just ahead of our stay. After canceling our Nova Scotia plans we made a last minute decision to spend a few days at the beach in New Hampshire and we were thrilled to pick this beautiful new home. We have stayed at many VRBO properties over the years and this is the best house we have ever rented. The pictures don't do it justice as it's brand new and appears to have been professionally decorated and equipped. Literally everything has been considered and included. It's an easy walk to the beach and all that is available in Hampton Beach and the nearby attractions. Thanks for a great time!
