Just left this spectacular home and we can’t rave enough. Clean, perfect pool, excellent location with easy access to the beach, chairs available, well stocked kitchen, etc. This home has it all! And the host is kind and courteous. Don’t doubt this rental… just book it! You won’t regret it.

This is the first time I've stayed at a rental and felt that i didn't have to do any additional cleaning. This place was absolutely spotless. This home is absolutely gorgeous and in an excellent location. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was amazing, which is a total understatement. We had one of the most enjoyable times we have had in a long time. Stores are within walking distance. As well was the beach. Would love to make this "the house" we always book.

Great location. Short walk to the beach, close to stores and quiet area. No parties in the neighborhood!
The house was beautiful. Very clean, beds very comfortable. Furnishings of high quality. Very spacious.
Our daughter and her family joined us with their young kids for some of the time. Layout was great for that. Everyone had their privacy.
Plenty of outside seating areas. We enjoyed coffee at sunrise on the front porch, afternoon on the back porch or in the pool area.
The host provided beach chairs and a cart for the beach. Very thoughtful and practical.
We would rent this house again.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Nice kitchen, bathrooms and great outdoor living space. Very comfortable bedding. Best part is it welcomed our 4 legged family. Loved the location with a 5 minute walk to the beach. A large grocery store and other shopping a few blocks away. We highly recommend this vacation place and would stay here again.

We had the most perfect fall break stay at this property. The place was better than advertised. The house was gorgeous. The proximity to the beach was less than 2 blocks. It was super nice and very clean. The owners had perfect communication and were helpful. We rented a golf cart and it wasn’t honestly needed. The house was perfect and the location was perfect. We enjoyed a whole week here with family and friends and had no issues. We chose to heat the pool for a few days (we stayed the second week of October) and it was perfect. It would have been too cold otherwise. We loved fishing at the pointe. The kitchen was fully stocked and we had several cooked lunches and dinners there. The bedrooms are spacious and nice for a family and we all still had our personal space. I loved this rental. Thank you so much for everything

Meredith & Jeff are the best host any problems they handle it ASAP. House was clean, kitchen was supplied with everything u need. Heated pool is a must if ur going late September. This is our second stay and we plan on making it our yearly tradition. You will not be sorry u booked this.

My wife and I brought our family here for vacation on 08/27-09/03. The property we stayed in was absolutely beautiful and just as described in its rental listing. Location was perfect to the beach being about a 3-5 minute walk. The house was like new condition and beautifully furnished with everything you would need for your stay. We would definitely stay in this house again for future visits to the beach.
Lastly, the owner was very prompt in answering any questions you may have and was a pleasure to deal with.

We had a wonderful time in this gorgeous, well-equipped and well-laid out property. The fenced in pool with the covered patio as well as the close proximity to the beach was a huge hit! Highly recommend!

I have had very very bad experiences with vacation rentals. I usually spend the first half day of vacation cleaning the house. This one lived up to the listing and the reviews. It was very clean. I was very happy. There wasn’t anything broken or in disrepair. One thing, if you plan on cooking: you might want to bring some bowls and containers for leftovers. I can’t really think of anything else I wished I had.

The property was as described. Very clean and beautiful. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Outside area provided a great place for family time and enjoying the sunshine. We had a wonderful stay in Meredith’s beautiful house despite the rainy weather we had. The house was absolutely spotless, like new and very spacious. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had all the necessities, outside area was a great place to hang out and relax. Perfect location, beach was two short blocks away. Meredith was quick to answer all my questions about the house and even helped with an instacart issue I was having. Great experience overall and would definitely rent again.

The beach was an easy walk and very nice. Also easy walk to Fishing Pier if you like to fish. Grocery store was also convenient.
We have rented many beach houses over the years, but my wife said this one was the best. I would agree with my wife!

Great house - perfect size with 4 bedrooms , clean, had pool, everything in the house was top shelf; great location- near the beach, restaurants and food store. It helped that we had perfect hot, weather. Would consider for 2023 family vacation. Would give it 5 out of 5 ⭐

Exceptional place
This was THE BEST home we have had the chance to rent at the beach. Much thought was put into the layout of this brand new home. The kitchen was beautiful and had what we needed. The downstairs pool area was amazing and our family had the time of our lives hanging out there in the afternoons and evenings after the beach. It was a huge help to have 6 chairs, cart and an extra refrigerator downstairs for drinks. A++!

Excellent Beach Property
The beach house exceeded our expectations in every way! The property was clean and provided easy access to a not crowded section of the beach. The beds were comfortable and kitchen well equipped. The extra refrigerator adjacent to the pool area as well as the beach chairs and wagon made our week at the beach that much easier! Close proximity to shops, grocery and local restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Our experience was seamless. We had an issue with the dishwasher, but it was human error most likely as we were able to start it before we left. If hand washing dishes is the only problem...I'd say that was a successful trip. Oh, our code for the outside storage didn't work, but it was promptly reset and we were able to access it. The pool area is amazing! Meredith is a great host and her home us absolutely gorgeous!!! We'd gladly stay here again.
