This is the second year in a row we have chosen this condo. It is perfect for our family of 4. Quality and location are outstanding, as is ease of communication with the owner. We will be back (hopefully) for our third straight year.

We loved it and didn't want to leave! After leaving the place, our boys kept saying they wanted to go "home" later that day. Very clean, modern, bright, comfy king size bed in the master room, and a perfect place to stay with many amenities - including chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards in the outdoor closet. Many memories made as a family during this stay!

Bsywatch grounds still working on recovering from storm damage …. Condo was everything per the Vrbo ad….. Lana communicated very efficient in any questions and concerns … would definitely stay again…

The condo was great! Very clean and stocked well. We enjoyed the view of the bay along with the short walk to the beach. Lana was easy to reach and always responded quickly!

Super clean, beautiful space, nice little porch overlooking the bay, nice long pier for fishing or just watching the sunset, well maintained property, extremely comfortable beds, huge master shower, 3 minute drive to the main beach or Boardwalk where there are live bands and shops, 5 minute walk to the gulf across the street from the condo, 5 minutes walk to a great restaurant (Peg Leg Pete's), just far enough away from the main area to be peaceful. The host was great and so thoughtful. We even had a couple of kayaks available to use. I have nothing bad to say and can't say enough good things about our stay . Thank you, Lana, for everything!

We stayed recently for the Blue Angels, and this is the perfect location for that. It's not a bad walk to the center pier if you want to be in the center of the show, or you can just walk about half way, which is still a great vantage point. The unit has everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped, and it has a great view of the bay from the patio. The unit was very clean and the owner was very responsive if we needed anything or had any questions. If we go back to Pensacola for the Blue Angels, we will definitely stay here again.

The entire experience was incredible. Lana was a great host. She was very accommodating, responsive, and even checked on us during our stay. The condo is perfect. It has everything you need for a great family experience. It’s right on the water and there are tons of water activities available onsite for everyone. There is a pier right outside the back of the condo that had the most breathtaking sunset. Our family will be returning. We highly recommend to anyone looking to take the perfect family getaway.

Whether you love the beach or hate it, this property is PERFECT. The view of the bay is amazing and the walk or drive to the Gulf is short and easy! We have stayed at 3 different condos on the island and this one is easily my favorite. We will be back here for sure!

Overall the condo was very clean and updated with a wonderful view and access to the bay. However, I wish it had an elevator as we had to drag our luggage up and down the stairs. No elevator means the condo is inaccessible to anyone in a wheelchair or who is elderly. Also to get to the beach side you have to walk about a 1/4 a mile down the road in either direction before you can get to the beach. The ice maker in the refrigerator didn't work so I had to go buy a bag of ice.

Place was very clean and nice! Close to everything while still being in a quiet area. Loved watching the sun rise and set from the balcony. Well stocked and host was easy to communicate with. Beach was very short walk just across the street!

The condo was clean and well stocked. Love the bayside patio and quiet environment. We had a few unpredictable hiccups but they were quick to reply and work towards solutions. Would be happy to stay here again.

The location is great and a short walk to the ocean. Having the bay out your back door was really nice to watch the kids play and kayak. Seemed like a very safe and clean environment and location. Would come again.

The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. Well equipped kitchen as well as available beach supplies. We really appreciated the beach cart. It's a quiet area and short walk to the beach.

Would stay again!
It was exactly as the pictures and description. The host was very responsive to any questions and very accommodating. Being able to use their beach chairs, umbrellas and swim toys a huge bonus!!! Absolutely loved the location!!! There is even a trolley that runs late afternoon into the evening. Highly recommend and hope we can stay here again!!!

Great place in a great location!
We had an amazing time! The condo overlooks the water and you can hear the waves from the bay. The sunset views are beautiful. We had coffee breakfast and dinner on the balcony. Very peaceful. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. We were very comfortable, and felt right at home. We definitely plan to stay again in the future!

Location is Great!!
The location is great, we've stayed in the condo building before. But first time in this unit. The pull out bed was broke so all 3 of our kids had to sleep in one room, they weren't to happy about that. The unit could use some updates but over all it was good. Can't beat the location though.

Amazing views
The condo was beautifully decorated. Amazing view of the bay from the deck and master bedroom! Love that this condo is on the 1st floor. Kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed using the beach chairs and kids loved the boogie boards that were provided. We will definitely be renting this property again! Property manager was very nice! 1st time using VRBO, we will be using it again!

Best of the bay and the beach
This condo was just as the pictures showed - it was easy to access and had covered parking, was right on the very calm bay and right across the street from a couple of public beach accesses, and had very comfortable beds. We felt right at home and absolutely loved our stay. We would definitely book this property again!

Would have given this property 5 stars, however it is advertised to sleep 6 guests but the sofa bed is busted and will not open so we only had 2 beds for 5 adults. Rather uncomfortable. If you are staying here any time soon make sure you have an air mattress with you.
Other than that, this is a cute little condo in a perfect area, beach is right across the street and very close to town. The condo did have everything we needed, towels, beach toys, etc. Just wish we would have known about the bed situation ahead of time!

Perfect location
Condo was so quiet and relaxing with the water lapping on the bay just outside our windows. Everything we needed was included and we felt completely safe. Centrally located on the island with public ocean access across the road. We’d happily stay again...thanks for the memories! ❤️

Relaxing Stay
We enjoyed our stay here the condo what perfect for us provided everything we needed and close to everything. I would defiantly recommend this place and stay again it was located in a nice quiet area and there is plenty to do.
