Nice stay in a quiet neighborhood. Owner very responsive.

Wife and I and our pup enjoyed our weekend getaway. Patio and pool were relaxing. Quiet neighborhood but close to everything you could possibly need.

Overall the property was delightful. Kitchen is spacious, sofas comfortable, and decor is appealing. I was surprised that there were no bath mats in the bathrooms. If you plan to use the pool, bring your own beach towels. There were none provided. I did not take advantage of the pool because I wasn't sure if it had been cleaned and there were no directions about the hot tub. Some chaise lounge chairs would be nice. I did sit by the pool, but had to use two upright patio chairs, one as an ottoman. The mattress on the master bed was too soft for my taste, so I did not sleep well.
I did go for walks in the neighborhood in the evening. The neighbors were friendly and I felt safe.

Great property, a lot of space, patio area was not as clean as the inside of the house. Had to tidy it up a little bit to sit out there. But minor detail. Would stay there again for sure. Property owner was very nice

This home was very clean and provided a nice home base for us during a weekend volleyball tournament. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property! Family enjoyed their stay. Although we didn't have time to enjoy the backyard, i have to compliment the pool and overall space. Property owner provided clear directions and was very responsive.

We specifically picked this place to enjoy the pool with our kids. The pool was a great addition to our stay. It was clean and clear. Having all the patio furniture was great. There are trees around it so debris do get in the pool but they did have a skimmer to use. A pool vacuum would have been nice if available as we were there three nights and there was debris on the bottom of the pool. The pool pump is on a timer and shuts off. Overall the house was clean and we had what we needed. The beds were not that comfy, very hard. We let the kids swim in the morning one last time before checkout and while they were swimming, people showed up to mow and weedeat. It was a little awkward with them showing up plus stuff was flying in the pool as the kids were swimming. We loved the big round dining table for meals. Overall our stay was great and we enjoyed our time relaxing and swimming with family. We would recommend this place to others.

We had a great time staying at this house. We live in the area and needed work done on our house so we picked this house which is close to our home and the best part it has a pool that all of us enjoyed.

My family had a wonderful stay at this property! Everything was exactly as promised, and the pictures are accurate. My grandchildren had a fantastic time enjoying the pool. The home was spacious and very clean, and it provided everything we needed for a fantastic stay. We had traveled from out of state to visit my husband's family, and the location made it easy to navigate to nearby locations. I highly recommend this property!

The house was clean and spacious . I love the kitchen layout and all the furniture was comfortable . The Pool was why we rented and it was absolutely refreshing to enjoy with my family. The owners were easy to text when I had questions.

The house is tucked away in a small neighborhood away from the big city but still close enough to just about everything.

Place was great but there were a couple hiccups.
Went to use the grill which looked like it hasn't been used in awhile and there were no grilling utensils(went and bought some) so got started and gas ran out so had to cook inside and then found very limited kitchen items to cook with.
We made it work but was a challenge. Also no blender for fun drinks. But will say all in all it was a very nice place to stay. Would definitely got 5 stars if not for the hiccups

Beautiful and quiet subdivision located within 10 miles of tons of shopping centers and boutique restaurants. Neighbors were friendly. The pool was wonderful. The house was spacious with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Grill with full propane tank. Lots of plates, drink ware and utensils. We cook when we travel so it was short of pots and pans for us but overall it was a great experience. Hostess was very accessible and quick to answer questions. We would definitely recommend checking out the property.

Due to some water restoration we stayed at this property for 3 weeks while our house was repaired. This was our first time at a VRBO. Check in was seamless and place was very clean. The owner was very helpful with questions and concerns and responded quickly. The kitchen had basic needs which made cooking convenient. Master bed and bath were very nice size as were the additional 2 bedrooms. King bed was comfortable. Pool was clean and refreshing. We had all our dogs with us so the fenced in yard was a bonus. Only thing I would note just as an FYI the TV is awesome however it only has programming with Roku. If you want to watch live television or not miss a game during your stay make sure your cable or satellite company allows you to stream.
Would recommend this property in a heartbeat.

This was in a quite neighborhood and was a great little get away for me and my wife. The host was very responsive and the place was wonderful.

This could not have a better or more exemplary process and stay, from the scheduling, through checkin, and communications with the owner (Song). The property is exactly as described, spotless, fitted out with all basic needs, and Song was always readily available and diligent in following up on a few asks we made. It was just an overall tremendous experience and relaxing time! I highly recommend this property and area.

Fun time
Everything about our stay was very nice except for the air conditioning when we got to the property. The owner had not turned it down so it was 85° in the house when the temperature outside was 103. Naturally we thought it was broke but I contacted the owner and they promptly responded and took care of it so all was great.

Overall everything was great. Though it would have been nice to have received a warning that the yard maintenance crew would be walking in on us. As it was unsettling to have men merely walk in the yard while we were enjoying our quiet morning.

The house was super clean and nice. Pool was wonderful. It was so much room for everyone to sleep and great table for family game night… only thing I would say is the house needs a dust pan and some wash rags but besides that it was so beautiful
