We had so much fun! The property is huge, and it is well maintained.

We had a great family retreat at Chatham Hills. The house has everything you need and plenty of room for everyone. The location is walkable to downtown Ephraim and has side roads so you are not walking on the busier Water Street. Sister Bay is a few minutes drive away as well as Peninsula state park. There are endless things to do within a 20 minute drive. We will be back for sure!

Our stay at Chatham Hills was great! The property had everything we needed and was clean/well maintained. Having all the bedrooms and bathrooms for our large group was super helpful. The location is ideal, with lots to do nearby. During our stay, the grill broke and Emily had a new one sent to us and set up the next day! Couldn't ask for a better host.

Plenty of room to congregate and also have some of your own space, great for the kids to run around and play, close to everything we wanted to do! Everything well stocked…especially appreciated the extra fridge in the lower level, and the laundry room with extra coffee! Lovely stay…would certainly come again!

Very nice house with separate sleeping quarters (8 total additional rooms with 2 queens or 1 king bed and private bathrooms), great for large gatherings (pets are also welcome). Main house has 3 large BRs as well, each with its own bathroom. The adventure shed has plenty of kayaks and bikes to use nearby. Also in a great location walking distance from downtown Ephraim. We also enjoyed cooking on the large gas grill and roasting marshmallows for smores in the evening in the fire pit. All around it was a great place for a family gathering to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary with all the kids and grandkids!

Chatham Hills was a fantastic place for us to host our family reunion. Plenty of ensuite bedrooms and a kitchen and dining room big enough to host a gathering of 30. The outdoor spaces were just as nice. Fully recommend for large groups!

Our group comment "Exceeded expectations". Family reunion age 6-72, something for everyone. Well stocked, clean, multiple areas inside and outside for large gatherings or smaller private gatherings. Adventure shed had great equipment and games. We didn't try kayaking but went on several bike rides. Bikes of all sizes. Loved that this venue backed up to hiking trails in the preserve. Highly recommend and Emily was wonderful to work with and quick to respond to any questions or concern. We came from 7 states and absolutely loved this venue and Door county. Thank you

We loved staying here! It was extremely clean, in the middle of all things Door County, so many rooms, and lots of outdoor activities!! Emily, was great letting us know what was expected of us upon arrival as well as before we left! We can’t thank them enough for allowing us to stay here!

We had 17 in our group and had plenty of bedrooms where a few even got their own king sized bedroom! The living space with kitchen and dining table was perfect. Had all the amenities we needed. Loved Door Co and would recommend this place for a large group or reunion.

Our whole group enjoyed themselves so much here! Everything was fully furnished. Kitchenware, household supplies, and all your daily needs.

Grossest rental I have ever stayed in. Been renting for decades in Door County, love rustic charm, and don’t expect opulence, but this was disgusting. Rusty hole in the floor where a toilet should be, missing ceiling tiles, black mold in showers, leaking ceiling. Dirty, stained sheets & towels. Fridge with dirt and blood in it. Cracked foundation & paths and outdoor electric lights don’t work, making it very tricky to walk to your room after dark without a flashlight. Grill was filthy. Most bikes & sports equipment broken. Dead grass, dead flowers from last fall still in planters the following August. The description of an adult lounge paints the picture of a relaxing evening of games and cocktails, but it is a dark, dusty, small room. The basement “game rooms” are just creepy, tiny, musty basement rooms. The bumper pool table is in such a tight room you can’t navigate a pool stick. However, with the high price (we paid over 12k for one week) and the description of Chatham Hills, we were expecting a welcoming, clean property ideal for families. Total misrepresentation. Ideal for frat parties, not families. The first night we served a salad on a cookie sheet as there are no large bowls or platters, and mixed drinks in a coffee pot. After that, we decided to eat all remaining meals out. Emily from Little Adventure was responsive and apologetic at first, offered to waive the cleaning fee and give a gift certificate to dinner (not close to enough to compensate for this experience) but failed to deliver either, we were charged in full, and she has not responded to emails in over a week.

Every bedroom comes with a full bathroom which makes this place great especially when staying for 3 nights and 30 people! The game room is perfect for kids and adults. Comes with all the pots, pans, dishes and silverware required for 30 people. Convenient location to parks, beaches and grocery store.

This is a newly remodeled large group rental facility in one of our favorite Wisconsin playgrounds - Door County. The main floor of the house was perfect for our group with a well stocked new kitchen, large table and plenty of additional seating with two TV’s plus board games and books. The “bunkhouse” is eight traditional motel rooms that have been refreshed. The large back yard has grills, a fire pit and plenty of room for outdoor games. The items in the well stocked Adventure Shed are new. Sadly we didn’t have time to enjoy all of it.
