We enjoyed fishing and paddle boarding. The boat dock was great as we rented a pontoon boat. The home was clean and well stocked with comfortable beds. Check the propane before grilling. It was out but the management came quickly to replace with a new one. Wish all guests would report things right away. The swing chairs were broken and the repairman was quick to come check it out but said they would need to be replaced so we couldn’t use them. It was too hot for the hot tub but a nice addition to the home.

The fact that this home has games for the kids including a pedal boat and water boards was a plus. We definitely would be back!

This is our second stay for Spring Break here and we had a wonderful time! Everything is always clean and convenient. I love the layout of the house, no matter where you are, you feel apart of all the family activities going on around you. We will def be back best spring break, if not before

The property was wonderful for our family. The backyard and dock were awesome. Lake access was great where we had a great time fishing and hanging out by the lake. Our boys loved the game room. We will definitely be back again.

Home had plenty of space for our group of 10. Home was very clean and fully stocked. We liked that the house was full of entertainment. Ping pong table to fishing gear. Would stay again.

We have a boys get together every year to hit the lake for some surfing! Great house, cleaned, little aged but still a great place! the backyard set up and the game room in the garage makes for some excellent entertainment. We have a couple wake surf boats and the lift accommodated fine. Really had a great time - great HOUSE for A BOYS weekend! Stores close by for those last minute "forgets' as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

This was the best house we have ever rented and we have rented a lot in the hill country and Galveston.. it was a wonderful house right on the water with everything we needed to cook and play games and enjoy ourselves. The hot tub was great and the kids enjoyed all the things in the game room.. my husband and i had the master bedroom and it was wonderful with a very comfortable king size bed. There was 11 of us and we had plenty of room. The TV was a challenge but my son figured it out so we could watch the games. The weather was cold and rainy so we enjoyed the big wood burning replace. Even with the nasty weather we had a great time and will certainly be back.”

We truly can not say enough about this beautiful home on the Lake Conroe. Everything was perfectly located, clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We will absolutely be visiting again. The huge outdoor areas keep you close enough to the dock to be apart of all the different family activities going on. Every single essential is thought of there for your convenience.

We felt very at home in this comfortable house . There are many large common spaces and an open and well equipped kitchen. The view on the lake is great. And for those who love to fish or just lay in the sun, the dock on the lake was a perfect retreat. We will keep this place in mind for future visits.

This was a wonderful home to rent for our family Thanksgiving. The kitchen had all the essentials to prepare our feast and plenty of seating. We used the nearby neighborhood boat launch and kept our boat in the covered lift. Beautifully updated and well furnished.

Great location, house was well appointed however, we chose this house because of the hot tub. The hot tub was really a "warm tub" as it wouldn't go above 84 degrees. We called the management company and they came to check it, but said the hot tub guy couldn't get there until the day after we checked out :( My only other recommendation would be to have k-cups provided for the keurig coffee maker but otherwise, it was just fine for the weekend.

This is the 2nd time staying at this property and it works out great for a get away and work retreat all at the same . The space allows for you to enjoy the gorgeous views while discussing business and getting things done. The garage/game room area is awesome for breaks and fun when the weather outside isn't great.

We were 2 families that stayed in this home for a weekend while my son had a fishing tournament on Lake Conroe. We couldn’t have chosen a better house. The private boat ramp is visibly close and we were given access cards to use. The house’s boat slip worked great for being on the water quickly. The kitchen is well stocked with any pots, pans, utensils you would need. The sofa accommodated 2 families for watching football. Our teenagers liked playing in the downstairs game room. Wished the weather wasn’t cold on Saturday, because the back patio would have been perfect for sitting outside watching the boats. I would rent this house again. The location is ideal and the house is spacious. The owners have thought of everything for a wonderful lake experience.

Appreciate the early check in. Thats a plus! Would have liked creamer & sugar for the coffee they provided. At least enough for the 1st morning. I didn’t find beach towels they asked us to use for outdoor activities. No shower toiletries. Since we were flying, I needed some. There is a Walmart 10 minutes away, so that was a quick fix. Garage was great for my 27,26,15,&13 year old boys. They did it all, ping pong, shuffle board, foozball. I did cook all days I was there. All plates pots pans needed were available. Overall stay was great, comfortable and super relaxing with the jacuzzi.

We had a memorable stay with family. The home was amazing! The boat launch was close by and we kept the boat in the boat slip at the home which was a plus. Plenty of restaurants on the lake close by. The home had games in the garage for the kids to play. The host was super helpful and quick to help. We have booked again and look forward to it!

The boat dock was great as we hired a boat and had friends pass by with jet skis.
