We gathered together for a work weekend with our scattered team from across the nation. It couldn’t have been better! This house is amazing!

House was roomie easy for a group for to stay in and have their own space. We had a work presentation so a lot of common space to work on stuff but then our own private space to stay in neighborhood was quiet. I would certainly recommend this property to others.

We loved our stay at this property - plenty of space for two families to spread out and have their own “floor.” Property manager is wonderful and super quick to respond. We felt safe and the house is in a great area. We will 100% rent this again when we return to Wichita to visit families.

The house was perfect for our holiday. It was large enough for our family and our host had even set up a Christmas tree and decorated. This house had everything we needed and more. It’s centrally located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We were very satisfied.

It's difficult to find a home spacious enough for the family of 10 that I travel with. We require a minimum of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This VRBO fit the bill. Such a charming, sweetly decorated home that met our weekend needs!

Close to everything! Walkable neighborhood, Outdoor dining options were awesome during our first real taste of fall this weekend. Landscaping and yard well kept, house is well appointed with anything you would need to cook a light meal. Welcome treat was a nice touch from the owner. House was warm and inviting and aided great conversation among our sisters/family. I understand a Festival of Lights is not to be missed around the holidays. Perfect location. For that as well. Kureg and drip coffee maker with coffee and filters provided!

Beautifully redone older home in a great location. Jennifer responded quickly to any questions/concerns. She even welcomed us with a yummy cookie that's made locally. Delicious!! The home is decorated with fun theme rooms. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed to make meals. We would definately consider staying here again.

The house is perfect for family get togethers - the kitchen and dining room is where we spent most of our time - and the awesome front porch. so relaxing and accommodating. We will be back for my aunt's 95th! ;0

I rented this property for my wedding weekend. The girls and I had a lovely time enjoying mimosas, playing games and enjoying each others company in the open home. Jennifer was wonderful to work with, the made the experience wonderful. If we are needing a place near botanica again we will keep her in mind.

We had 5 couples ranging in age from early 30s -early 60s. We arrived to find a very easy check in. This is a great home especially if you love older homes with lots of character!! Everything was clean and updated!! Would definitely stay again or recommend to others!!

This is a spectacular 100+ year old house. The owner did an amazing job with every detail of this home and it was our privilege to stay there. It was a memorable step back in time and we hope to come back some day. Thank Yoinfoe hosting us.

My wife, three kids, their spouses, and two grandchildren went to Wichita for a belated Christmas celebration with family. The house was exactly as presented on the website, roomy and very clean. Jennifer, the owner new we were having a belated Christmas and went out of her way to put up a tree and decorate, which was very special, especially for the little kids. I would highly recommend this property.

We had a great time at this property and will definitely keep it in mind for future visits to Wichita to visit family and friends. The house is so nicely furnished and we immediately felt at home. She even decorated for the holidays! She was super easy to reach with any questions we had.

The house is very big and located in the great neighborhood of Riverside. It is one block from Sims Park and golf course. There is very little if any traffic. Very quiet and peaceful setting. My sisters cooked diner and we walked every day. Botanica is a great close place to visit anytime. Great house for relaxing and well stocked.

We really enjoyed the house. It had plenty of room for all nine of us. It was well furnished, and even nicely decorated for the holidays. We will definitely use it again next year if we do our reunion in Wichita.

We rented this gorgeous, warm home for a girls weekend and it was absolutely perfect. Jennifer was amazing, very helpful and understanding, and the house was exactly as it was listed. I am very particular when renting and nothing about her listing was inaccurate. The home is old and has been lovingly decorated and renovated. It was clean and comfortable. The rooms are beautiful and inviting. So much character but yet updated and with all the modern amenities we need. She even had a Christmas tree up for us! I would 100 percent recommend this home to everyone I know. You WILL NOT be disappointed!

We needed a multi-bedroom house to stay in for the weekend. There were 6 adults and a toddler. This spacious house gave us the room we needed to spread out. Each bedroom was themed perfectly. The neighborhood was beautiful with all the fall trees and very quiet. It was easy to get to and from for all the places we needed to be at for the wedding. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it as a great place to gather with family and friends.

What a great house for a group who loves long conversations! We had 4 areas to choose from, and only the king-sized bed was double occupancy. The eclectic decor of each bedroom is delightful. Wichita offered plenty to do and excellent food. My has it changed since we grew up in Kansas in the ‘50s!

This property was absolutely beautiful and incredibly cozy! It was perfect for our group. The house was well maintained and very clean. The host was very easy to work with and communicated well. The location was perfect - easy access to all areas of Wichita. We will definitely keep this home in mind for any future trips to Wichita. Thank you!

My family and I (cousins, aunts, grandma) stayed here for a relative’s bridal shower / bachelorette party weekend. There was 8 of us and the space was perfect. The house is beautiful and with 3 bathrooms it was ideal for us ladies. 2 of us even got our bedroom. The area is very quite and peaceful as we enjoyed sitting on the porch enjoying the weather.
