Not enough towels

The breakfast was good, coffee was great! It was a great location. Great value. The room was good.

The only thing I found that I really didn't much like was the bed spread had a few cigarette burns in it. It should have been thrown away.

bedspread had holes, sheets stained, ‘included breakfast’ was coffee and/or juice and waffles, no other choice, no fruit. nothing healthy

The staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable.

The toilet in our room has to be flushed manually. We would have to reach into the tank of the toilet to get it to actually flush. The sink was line a jet hose and beyond powerful. The biggest disappointment for us was that we went to a concert and when we came back, our door would not open. It was malfunctioning and even the staff could not open it. We had to sit in the lobby until midnight waiting for someone to make our door open. All our belongings were in the room. We were exhausted and ready for bed at that point. I think it would only be right to refund us some of our money after having to wait like we did.

I like the location I know it was close to the airport

I left an item in the room and I’m having a hard time getting it back. I sent a shipping label and I’m hoping it comes back in one piece I paid for the shipping

Nothing.

First room we got was filthy and smelled like poop. Pubic hair on sink, on toilet and in bath tub. Boogers and gross something on the supposedly clean towels. Informed the front desk, they moves us rooms. Was bitten by bed bugs, found one crawling on pillow.
