Very clean and very inviting. So many wonderful thoughtful little items and the house is well taken care of. A wonderful little home away from home.

The interior of the property was great and clean! We enjoyed the welcome basket of treats. The kitchen was nicely stocked including coffee pods, which was a nice touch! Bedrooms and bathrooms were nicely updated, however the mattresses were quite firm. The entire property is nicely updated including the exterior, but not all houses on the street are in the same great shape.

This place is so cute. The owners did a nice job taking an older home and making it comfortable, cute, and a place to call home away from home. Too bad the neighborhood doesn't do the same and take pride in their places such as these folks did. Would make for a nice place. But if you are in the area, this is a great place to stay. Close to all.

Really nice property in an older Prescott neighborhood & close to downtown.

Came to Prescottfor Thanksgiving weekend with family. We found a home to be very well stocked, clean and easy access to town. We especially enjoyed the fenced in areas for our dogs. There were many nice touches throughout the home that made us feel welcome and comfortable. Thanks for a great stay.

Our stay was an opportunity for us to spend some quality time with our adult children. The property was very modern with all the amenities and close to downtown (about a 5 min drive). There were a few items, that may not bother others but were a bit bothersome for us. Memory foam beds seem to be a thing right now, but for us - the beds were a bit hard. In addition, not sure if this is a regulation or not but the hot water in the shower could have been a bit hotter. The kitchen and bathroom sinks were perfect regarding hot water but the showers seemed to have a regulator on them. The property is perfect for dogs, it has a 4 ft. fence in the large front yard and a smaller fenced (15 x20) back area with a wonderful place to sit and visit. Thank you for sharing your home with us and giving us the opportunity to spend some quality time with our children and grand children.

We came from California for a dog show weekend in Prescott Valley. Super cute little home in immaculate condition- perfect for our stay and close to some really nice dining.

This place was so cute and inviting. Great decor and had all the things we needed to feel at home. We were able to make a couple meals, do a load of laundry, etc. It was located in good spot for quick trip to the square or wherever we needed to head to. We were out and about checking things out and also enjoyed just hanging out for a bit. Only had to message host once to ask about checkout (which we didn't have to do any thing) but they were very responsive and friendly. My mother-in-law loved the place and put it on her FB sharing all the cute photos. We would definitely stay again.

Cutest little updated house. Each bedroom has a bathroom - this is amazing! Small, but cozy and clean.

Fantastic little vacation home. Centrally located, restaurants, hikes, shopping and much more. Newly remodeled, fresh and brand new everything. Karina was a real pleasure to deal with start to finish.
