Nice location. Fair price but what you expect at least is a nice and comfortable bed for a good night sleep. Our stay was passable. If you are a young traveller who is short you would probably rate this 7-8/10.

Incorrect address or inaccurate on booking.com Not well sign posted. Needs a clear sign at the top of the drive and the correct name on google and address. Loads of unnecessary automated emails. Lack of signal made it harder to find. Bed is incredibly uncomfortable, cheap and thin with springs that dig into you. Did not get a good night sleep for the two days vacation we were there. Bed is too short for anyone over 5’ 8”. Bed is framed so you cannot even hang your feet over. Room smells musty. No towels (probably should have read this but fairly standard thing now days). Microwave was dirty and had not been cleaned. Toilet seat was broken. Clearly customers have complained many years ago but the faults remain which is not good enough.

Cosy and well equipped (bring your own bottle opener) log cabin in peaceful location. Lovely to hear the birds and the running stream. Had everything we needed for a get away from it all trip but still only approximately 5 mins by car from Braunton with its restaurants and cafes. Would definitely stay again.

The mattress was far too soft for me but my husband was happy with it.

The property was clean, warm and everything was as it should be. What I loved more than anything was the quiet and the wildlife and steam that surrounded it. The views are amazing!

I love every aspect. The only opinion I can give to be taken into consideration was there should be a guest book to allow guests to write about their stay as well as review. It boosts moral not only for future guests but for the staff who catered for my every need!

Beautiful location.... stunning and quiet.

Needs a form of ventilation ie small window. Fabulous bifold doors but we had dogs who we ensure could not roam freely and therefore could not have the doors open always. Especially as the other two studios had free wandering dogs. Also, very pernickety, I know..... the tv for viewing was too high for comfort.

Terrible access, no welcoming pack, worn out mattress, mattress protector had blood stain and other stains ( we photographed it) wood burner with two logs, no kindling ! Television mounted so high uncomfortable to watch. The people staying next door had the same poor quality mattress, when we spoke to them.

It’s an absolutely amazing property I can’t fault it, it’s in a brilliant location and the hosts were amazing in helping me decorate the cabin for me and my partner’s anniversary.

The only slight thing they could improve on is that the settee is a little uncomfortable. But to be honest with the view we weren’t sat there much anyway only when we were using the log burner.
