A definite come back for future summer vacation. Every little nook in the house had something unique that it provided: the esthetics, the space, the decor was magnificent. We loved it!

Vacasa gave us the wrong code to get in home and wrong WiFi pw! They also left us 1 roll of TP for each bathroom and no garbage bags. This house was 1,000 a night and I expected more.

The house was spacious and close to everything. Bayside is a great resort community and close to the beaches and area restaurants. The back porch was great and a nice place to listen to the live music. We were made aware that the house was recently sold and under a new rental management. Vacasa was great to work with and responded to several calls we had during out stay. They even returned several times to troubleshoot our issues. Unfortunately, we had to call several times due to issues in the house such as: TVs not working, garage door not shutting properly, cleaners still at the house after check in until 6p on the day of arrival. We didn't use the gas grill until the last night, and it wasn't working and should be replaced. (we double checked the propane tank too). These issues were annoying and not what we expected to have especially considering the amount we paid for the week. Lastly, they should consider using a keyless entry system. The front door was difficult to lock and we had to fight through Saturday beach traffic to get to the main office in Bethany just to get our keys to check in. All can be avoided by just texting renters their code the day of check in.

The house was clean, had a great layout and was spacious for a large group. Bayside is a wonderful community with many activities. The kitchen had enough plates, glasses and eating utensils but lacked other basic items like a drain board, dish towels, baking pans and large bowls. This made it difficult to prepare meals for a large group. Other items were in need of repair like some shower heads, bath tub drain plugs and the front door locks. The garage (listed as an amenity with foo's ball and ping pong) was very dirty and smelled badly because it still had garbage from the prior guest. VACASA did send back the cleaning crew but we already cleaned the garage ourselves. We also had booking coordination issues between VRBO and VACASA and did not get full credit for our initial down payment. This was not an inexpensive house and these series of items detracted from a "luxury" rental.

The beach home was perfect for our large family. We tried a new restaurant nearby Mio’s which was awesome and old favorites like Harpoon Hannah’s which was a 3-4 mile drive from the home at bayside resort . The home was well equipped and the beds and furniture were in great shape. We really enjoyed our stay and the 5 days of 80 degree weather was a plus. The Kishbaugh family.

The home is spacious and has all activities /stores at resort near the home . Very nice pleasurable stay , but new owners increased rate significantly (increase of over $1,500 for the week) we will be forced to shop around for another beach home next year for our family

The stay was amazing. I believe the check in process is a little extra. the check in place being 15 min out of the way just to pick up 2 keys and having to return them at the end is a process that could be a lot simpler.
