We had four couples stay. Everyone was happy with the property. Beds are comfortable. Roof top was great spot to hang out. Easy to get to downtown/Broadway area either drive or UBER. Island in Kitchen was huge. Plenty of room for 12 plus around it. Owner was great to communicate with throughout the stay.

We came to Nashville to celebrate our sons 50th birthday and our grandsons 21st birthday. Our VRBO accommodations were perfect for our family of 7. The property was just as nice in person as pictured on line. Very clean, bright and nicely decorated. It is a very quick and pretty inexpensive Uber ride to Broadway, even in HEAVY nighttime traffic. We highly recommend this property.

Lovely home. The only downside is the active train that comes by often all hours of the day and night. If you could sleep through noise you’ll be fine, but if you’re a light sleeper it will annoy you. The roof top was amazing!!

We came to Nashville with two other couples to celebrate my husbands 40th. The house was IMMACULATE. It was beautiful and spacious and the upper deck area was great! Host was super easy to chat with and responded very quickly. No major issues for us- our unit did not have Cornhole boards or coolers which were stated in the summary- but again wasn’t a deal breaker. We would’ve used them had they been there but we aren’t leaving a bad review because they weren’t. Beds were SO comfortable. That was something the guys all mentioned over and over. Train is pretty cool- but as everyone else states- you will get an early wake up call. We didn’t have sound machines in our room to block out the noise so we just turned all the fans on. Overall- it was a perfect little gathering spot for us and we would look them up again the next time we come!

From the beginning of our stay we had great communication with the host, the code for the garage wouldn’t work and they were on top of it immediately. Walking distance to a great coffee shop and a brewery. 10 minute ride to downtown and Ubers were fairly cheap from the location. Roof top was great during a hot sunny day. Particularly enjoyed that we did not have to do a deep clean before leaving like other places. Would recommend to others coming to the area.

This was a fantastic property and location in Nashville, especially for the price! It is clean, well-kept, and spacious for large groups. The added benefits of being walkable to several bars/restaurants and the close proximity to downtown were great assets. It was the perfect place to stay for a weekend with the boys in Nashville!

We live in Ohio so there was a hour difference in time which I was not aware of and we settled in before the 4:00 arrival time . I got an email from the host stating we would be charged extra for arriving early, said it was their policy. I didn’t see it when I went back to look at the arrangements, I wasn’t happy about that and I think we arrived maybe a hour or so early. The shower head in the bathroom off the kitchen has very little water pressure (new to purchase a new one) and the train is right outside the unit that they do not tell in the description of the place . It runs around every 2 hours in the night and sounds a loud horn. It was a nice place and had 4 bedrooms with their own bathroom which was very nice. The train noise was the downer for me.

This is a very nice house with an amazing rooftop but there is a train track just yards outside of the window. The train runs every 45 minutes to 2 hours around the clock and it is extremely loud! If you need to get a good nights sleep and be able to function the next day, this is not the property for you. If you are willing to stay awake all night And don’t need to be alert the next day it is a great house

House is great and rooms are spacious. Couch is falling apart and stools around the counter are extremely uncomfortable. Beds were a dream to sleep in. I'm sure you get this a lot, but the trains are a bit much. Nothing you can do about that, but figured it's still worth mentioning. Thanks!

The place was great! Beautiful kitchen, plenty of bedrooms, nice rooftop area and very clean! There was a little wear and tear on the walls, showing that it had been used by others, but nothing beyond what was expected. Check in and check out were super easy. I stayed there with friends and their families as we attended our college reunion. This place was exactly what we needed, and I would definitely stay again if I had to return to Nashville for other events. Thank you to the hosts for such great hospitality! **The location is next to railroad tracks, so if the sound of trains bothers you, this place may not be for you. The sound did not bother anyone during our stay, and the kids actually loved rushing to the window to see the trains passing by.

We had an excellent time at this vrbo. We had 3 couples and each couple had their own floor with their own bedroom and bathroom. Fully stocked with everything we needed. Definitely would stay here again.

We loved the fact that we could stay in one home and still have private bedroom/bathroom. The roof deck was a great hangout spot when we were at the unit. The house was a great friends getaway.

My Family & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Just a quick note for seniors: there are 16 steps between each level, and no hand rails in the bathroom tubs. The passing trains at this location became a novelty. We would definitely stay here again. The rooftop was fantastic.

This townhome is beautiful! 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, each with a shower, was amazing for the 8 of us. Could have more stay as well on the pull out. The roof top was amazing. This VRBO had everything we need. We were only about a 10 min uber ride from downtown so didn't need a car. It was super clean and fully ready for us. I also loved that each floor was able to control there tempurate!! For sure would stay here again.

Beautiful, new unit with plenty of room and very well kept. Stayed with 8 family members, having 4 rooms/ 4 baths everyone had their own space. The kitchen island and roof top, we spent most of our time pregaming and after hours activities. This location is a quick Uber from Broadway, approximately 12 minutes. Our host was outstanding and all questions were addressed with a quick text. Thanks for the fantastic stay.

The property was great...FYI be prepared for many steps. The roof top was nice but had the weather been a little cooler (is was July) we would have used it more...It could have used a fan perhaps. Over all a great girls weekend trip.

Spacious spot with awesome rooftop. The beds were super comfortable and it was great to have a bathroom attached to each room for all the guests.

This place is out of this world!! We had 7 in are group. 3 couples and a single. We were in Nashville for a 50th birthday celebration. I have stayed in several different VRBO’s in Nashville. This place blows them all away. There was nothing wrong with this property. It has everything you need. We fixed a big breakfast on our first morning there. All the utensils and fixings that you need. The bedrooms are perfect. Everyone has their own private bath. The upstairs party deck can be used all day long. It was a $10 Uber ride to downtown. I hate to say it, but I don’t think they charge enough. Walking distance from a local brewery. We will be back for sure. Oh, one other thing, great host. Replies to all communications immediately. This property provides anything and everything that you need for a long weekend in Nashville.

We had a great time staying at the property. The East Nashville area was a first for us - it was low key and easy are to navigate. We ate at a few restaurants nearby (The Pharmacy & Snoozy AM) which were very accommodating to our larger group. The rental was perfect for all of us to have privacy & on suites, along with bigger communal areas. With having a weekend of rain it would have been nice to have more living room furniture to accommodate all guests, there were barstools but for long periods of sitting we found a couple of us sitting on the floor instead. The train traffic is significant throughout the night but tolerable. We also went river tubing during our stay and downtown Nashville for a night. All were easy to Uber and drive to from the rental. Overall, we had a great time and would stay here again!

The place is beautiful and really provides a great space for your group! The rooftop was amazing! It is right outside of the main buzz of Nashville which was nice. The train is loud yes but if you stayed anywhere in Nashville you’d have noise. It’s also incredibly priced for how beautiful it is.

Great location with more than enough room for our group of 6 and very good restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

This property was great for our trip. The house is very modern, clean and a nice floor plan. We really enjoyed the roof top area. It is a 10 minute ride to Broadway and Uber was fast to arrive. Although it was not an issue for our group, the train tracks are nearby and you can hear the trains passing by. I don’t think the train noise would be an issue for most. I really enjoyed staying at this location and will look to repeat a stay there for future trips.

This was a new, clean, modern home with a great rooftop party area. It was the perfect home base for a family get together for my daughter’s 21st birthday weekend. It’s far enough from Broadway that it is away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to get to most places in Nashville within about 15 minutes. You should know that the house is next to railroad tracks, so bring your earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Honestly, the beds were so cozy (wrapped you up like a warm hug) that you fall right back asleep after the train goes by. Didn’t really bother any of us. House had lots of k cups and tool we needed for making a meal/snacks a couple times a day. The island is huge! Big enough for you to have a charcuterie station on one end, and an active board game on the other. One last thing—lots of stairs, but the high ceilings and rooftop are worth it. I’ve rented about six different homes for family vacations from Idaho to Delaware, and this is one of the nicest. We’d do it again.

Beautiful condo and rooftop. It only took a day to get used to the trains. Restaurants were walkable. We loved it. Would rent again.
