We very much enjoyed our stay at the house. The host was very quick to respond to questions or other needs. The house was very clean and had a lot of basic amenities such as toilet paper, laundry products, starter bath products, etc. which was very helpful. The view from the house is spectacular, the pool is very nice (it does not have water views). It was nice to have kayaks and paddle boards to use during our stay. The bedrooms were large and all agreed that the beds were very comfortable. The programmed thermostats were set outside of our comfort range (AC was 68 at night) which required constant attention to reset them to desired temps as they auto changed throughout the day. The host said they would have addressed the matter, I did not reach out about the issue until late in our trip. The only other disappointment was the pots and pans in the kitchen. We cook a lot, the kitchen equipment was very low end and worn for a rental at this quality/price level.

OUR FAMILY TOTALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY DUE TO THE FANTASTIC LOCATION, QUIET/SECULDED LOCATION, AND ALL THE HOME OFFERED TO INCLUDE ADEQUATE SPACE. THE PROPERTY MANAGER WAS VERY PROMPT IN RESPONDING TO OUR QUESTIONS AND RESOLVING MINOR ISSUES.

Our family got together for a week at this house. The location is beautiful and the house is amazing and very well equipped and very clean. The hosts are grade-A and very communicative and accommodating. Small touches like a tray equipped with towels and small toiletries in each bedroom shows how much they aim to provide top notch service. It was a great experience and we enjoyed our week there immensely. Would highly recommend this house and the hosts.

Everything was as advertised. Great house. Views of the gulf were terrific. Nicole was very responsive. Replied immediately to inquiries at all hours. Would highly recommend.
