House was great. Good amount of parking which is important when staying in the keys, easy in and out on the boat and afternoon sun is in the front of the house so you can enjoy the rest patio/dock without direct sun. Would definitely stay again!!

We come to Parker all the time and pretty much stay in the Moovalya Keys every time. This home was very clean and has everything you need. Definitely a great weekend we will always remember. Will be back again.

This was one of the best weekends I have had in a long time, Nancy kept in contact with me, and the entire process was just flawless. The house was perfect and had everything we needed, I couldn't ask for anything more. I will without a doubt be staying here again. Thank you, Nancy, for sharing your home with us it was absolutely wonderful!

We had a great stay! The AC worked great and the accommodations were spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, griddle, etc. Plenty of silverware, glasses, and the BBQ on the deck was perfect for burgers at sunset! Thanks Jim for a great weekend!

Krisp and Klean in the Keys
This is a clean spacious 3 bedroom on the back entrance of the Keys. The house is upgraded with excellent AC, comfortable amenities, and plenty of Dock space. We had ample room to hang inside and out. Jim was a pleasure to work with and gave us plenty of direction so we could enjoy and not worry about the HOA.. Thansk again Jim

The house is really well kept and the owner is very nice and responsive to any problems or questions.
