Beautiful home, good location. Nice hot tub, spent a lot of time in there. Used the kayaks and had fun.

House was big and clean. We enjoyed the tiki hut and hottub. The area is very quiet and relaxing. Close to plantation inn. Nice area to kyack.

Great location, gorgeous backyard/pool/tiki area. Clean and well equipped. Favorites from our time here were using the tandem kayaks and soaking in the hot tub every evening. We saw 2 manatees at the floating dock, which my 17 and 12 year old loved! Communication with host was impeccable. She anticipated our needs and made great recommendations (First Friday) that we enjoyed. THe house is close to the cute downtown area. We walked to 3 Sisters from the house and to Waterfront Social (yum) easily. Would highly recommend and hope to stay here again.

This home is on the river! We rented a pontoon boat and docked it at the house.. wonderful The hot tub, pool, and entire outside entertainment space was world class. 2 couples, nice conversation and nature= perfect.

What a wonderful trip. This property was fantastic and our only wish is that we could have stayed longer. We fished, kayaked, cooked out, cold water plunged in the pool and warmed up in the hot tub. The outdoor kitchen and sitting area was the most popular spot for morning coffee, afternoon chilling and evening meals. Rebecca, the property manager, was amazing and super responsive. Due to recent unfortunate flooding and tornadoes, the spa motor went out and Rebecca had it replaced and back in order with a couple of hours. We will be back!!!

We stayed at the property for the first half of fall break. It was a perfect mix! My big kids kayaked with their Dad and went looking for Manatees (found them!) and my littles stayed in the pool 24/7. Rebecca is fantastic! Great place if you’re looking for some quiet.

The home was immaculate, the features were exactly as described, the pool as refreshing and the dock for our boat allowed easy access to many activities. All made for a very enjoyable time in Crystal River.

The pool and hot tub were great. The tiki bar and dock area were perfect for hanging out. The floating dock is 20' and the depth in the canal is good enough for larger boats. Property manager was very easy to contact and helped out if we had any questions. I highly recommend.

Wonderful time at the property. Beautiful back yard on the water with pool. Our family had so much fun. Looking forward to coming back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The outdoor area especially and the awesome communication from Rebecca.

The Tiki Bar and outdoor pool area were perfect. There were 2 complimentary bottles of wine along with a meat and cheese tray awaiting our arrival. We had an absolute Blast. The only negative thing I could say is that there's No downstairs bedroom, so it's not suitable for a handicap person.

Great place. Inside kitchen is a bit small but the outside kitchen and bar is amazing. Property Manager is also great. Had an issue with the hot tub and she was right on it. Would definitely stay there again.

This was a last minute booking, when I (mom) had just decided we needed to get away! We didn’t come from very far (an hour) but let me tell you, it was exactly what we needed. The house is beautiful, and the outside areas are dreamy. Rebecca is absolutely one of the best homeowners that we have rented from. (And we travel a lot!) She is so friendly, easy to communicate with, and we have absolutely no complaints. She has thought of everything (Even a motion night light on the stairs inside), and there was nothing we needed that we didn’t have or couldn’t easily get. We are very familiar with the area, there are plenty of local restaurants and activities close by, but I didn’t leave the house after the day of arrival. I felt well rested and didn’t want to leave on checkout day! We will 1000% be back again and again. <3

My family and I loved this property. It is like being at your own private resort. We were able to swim, kayak, watch movies and sit and relax in the outdoor bar area. The beds are very comfortable and the house itself is very roomy and has everything you need for a home away from home. Rebecca was wonderful and friendly to interact with. We cannot wait to come back and stay again!!

Property is located in an ideal spot, quiet neighborhood, three minutes to grocery store, and three to ten minutes to several restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and being on the canal to watch the manatee. Really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen.

The property is every bit as nice as the pictures indicate. The location is excellent and Rebecca was a superb host. One of our favorite VRBOs.

Everything Everything about this property is exactly as it is pictured it was very clean. Rebecca was very friendly and Communication was a breeze , the best ever at communication that I have experienced. We saw manatee off the back of the property. We enjoyed the hot tub, the fire pit and the outdoor grill and TV watching football! I can’t wait to go back ! Close to everything.

Wonderful location. The backyard space makes the place. The canal was full of manatees while we were there - could watch them all day. Pool was cold (December) but the hot tub was perfect! Quiet and relaxing, plenty of room to spread out and hang! The house itself was comfortable, though the kitchen was tiny. The outdoor kitchen makes this less an issue when the weather is warmer. Otherwise, it was perfect for us. Rebecca was very responsive - all good!

3 days for family vacation, we utilized the kayaks , media space and the pool. We were able to see a couple of manatees off of the dock and lots of fish. Great property, we would absolutely stay here again.

This property was exactly as described. We are a family of 4 and had plenty of space to relax. Here are the highlights to help others looking to rent. 1. The property Manager Rebecca is absolutely amazing and very responsive. She had great communication prior to our stay and during our stay. 2. The property was extremely clean and looked just like the pictures. 3. They appliances have been updated to include a new washer and dryer, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. 4. The outdoor kitchen was great, and we utilized it during our stay. 5. We used the kayaks that were in great condition, and there were plenty of life jackets onsite. 6. The projector was a hit with my kids (ages 13 and 9), and they utilized it daily to watch movies. 7. The location of this property was perfect. Restaurants and activities were approximately 5 minutes away by car. I will definitely rent this home again when we return to the area. Thanks for allowing us to utilize this property to make wonderful family memories.

I really don't know where to start. The property is one of the cleanest we have ever been too. The hot tub and pool are impeccably clean along with the outdoor kitchen/patio area. Don't hesitate to rent. Thanks for making our stay perfect.

We had an a great time at this property. 5 adults we really enjoyed the pool and the outdoor kitchen. We live in Fl, and were able to bring our own Kayak and get it in the river from the dock at the house! It was great fun! lots to see on the water including the Manatee's. Rebecca is a great host and made every effort to make our stay very comfortable. A few of things that I would add to the listing for everyone's information. The Kayaks on property are great, tow of them are tandem and there is one single, all the gear needed is available. There is a ice maker in the out door kitchen, makes plenty of ice for 5 adults daily. The few things that I would improve on would be a few larger skillets in the kitchen and more trash cans! Overall we had a excellent time and found the property to be just what we need to relax and have great family time. Thank you so much!

The house was perfect, and the tiki hut made it even better, we cooked outside, ate outside, napped outside, , it just had everything !

We had such a great time here! The house was so nice, and clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool was perfect, and the outdoor patio/kitchen/dock were a bonus! We had everything we needed at this house and much more. We even had a private dock to keep our boat and enough room on the property to park the boat trailer without any problems. The house is located in a perfect location, close to everything by car or by boat. Rebecca is the perfect host, polite, professional, and friendly. She was excellent at communication, always replied right away to any messages. She called the day before the trip to go over details of the house and see if we needed anything. When we arrived she left a note and 2 bottles of wine to welcome us to the property, and she even prepared a very resourceful binder with all the recommendations of restaurants and actives in the area. Check out was easy and straightforward. The day after we got home I realized I accidentally left my cash at the house. I contacted Rebecca and she went to the house immediately and looked for it for me. She located it and made sure it got mailed to me safely. This is a huge testament to what kind of people Rebecca and her cleaning staff are, trustworthy honest good people. I can't thank you enough for your hospitality and the lovely home we were able to enjoy for our vacation. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time renting this house. The location is perfect to be able to enjoy all that Crystal River has to offer. The outdoor space is spectacular. The host was extremely easy to work with . Would definitely recommend this place!

We had two families with 2 age 4 girls and one infant. Two couples. House was perfectly laid out for our group. Towed boat over from our home on east coast of FL. Easy boat launch from ramp, had boat behind dock all weekend. Boated two days, scalloping, fishing, exploring. Water and conditions were beautiful. We cooked Al weekend and never left the house because it was just so easy with pool, outdoor kitchen etc. Rebecca was a very attentive host and helped us with anything we needed which was not much at all. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location and property for scalloping trip with the family. The outdoor setup is amazing and we loved the tiki bar. The dock was perfect for our boat and they even had a place to clean the scallops. We never ended up using the kayaks but the location is great for kayaking. The bedrooms were spacious and met our needs. The dining room was great for family dinners. The kitchen was very well stocked. I was surprised that I couldn't find a baking dish when I wanted to make brownies as well as salt and pepper but other than that it had about everything! Rebecca was the perfect host and went above and beyond. I would definitely come back to stay here.
