We just had a few days to get away and this was the perfect location. Super convenient to the West Palm airport, shopping, the beaches, and eating establishments. The hot tub every morning with my coffee and then a mimosa was pure bliss! Susan was super sweet and very responsive. The Casa Pina-Carriage House was tastefully decorated and had everything we could possibly need from a complete kitchen to beach towels and beach bags/coolers. A wonderful shower!! Can't say enough great things about this property and the host!!

Very nice neighborhood. Upon meeting the owner, you feel welcome and know any needs will be addressed. Lovely gardens, cottage and comfort. You don't want to leave once inside. The detail to the decor is very nice Bring a book when not walking to a nice restaurant or cafe or the beach.

Perfect for two! We were welcomed by the hostess and host and their two adorable dogs. The owners, who reside in the main house, were extremely hospitable and gracious. The cottage, which is located by the pool and surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers, was safe, secure, clean, comfy, cozy, and had everything we needed! We rode bikes to shopping, beaches, grocery, and restaurants. And Ubers were always available within 5 minutes. We will definitely be back!!

An exquisite delightful property! From the moment our host met us at the end of the driveway & personally escorted us to her gatehouse thru her lush garden & pool area, we knew we were in for a safe, lovely experience! There were lots of unexpected amenities like chocolates & popcorn plus laundry supplies! Fabulous experience!!!

I had a great stay while visiting PBA university with my daughter! The host couldn’t have been nicer! We got in early and she allowed us to keep our luggage at house so we could walk around and explore! Host couldn’t have been nicer and answered any questions we had! Cottage was clean and well kept! We will definitely stay here again when we come back!

We enjoyed our stay and made use of the hot tub every morning. It was nice to walk to dinner one night and cook breakfast. Anything we needed was provided. Thank you for your hospitality!

Property was just as pictured. Very clean, quiet and tranquill. We felt very fortunate to be able to stay at Susan's poolside cottage. We felt very safe and secure no matter where we went in that area. Many wonderfull dining options also nearby. Our 7 day stay was wonderfull.We would definitely stay here again.

We are return guests. We have stayed in both the upper and lower level. Susan has equipped both units with everything one needs for a long stay(1 month).The beds are cozy and comfortable. All our requests have always been met. Hot tub turned on every morning for our use at 7am!! The garden/patio is a great place to hang out. Read, have cocktails and relax. The location has shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Intercostal waterway within a few blocks for short or long walks. Pets are allowed. She has dogs of her own. West Palm Beach has a lot to offer and this place puts you within a shot distance to it all.

Loved the location and the property owners were available and very responsive to questions. The bed was super comfortable and we would highly recommend this property.

Susan is an amazing host-gorgeous little slice of paradise-there wasn’t anything I would change about our stay here. Will come back if we are ever back in this area.

It was just like the pictures if not better, we enjoyed our stay. Quiet, cozy and perfect. Swim pooland hot tub.. extremely nice and Susan was wonderful.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights end of June with our 2 small yorkies. Susan was awesome! Very nice, accommodating, welcoming, & communicative. Such a cute place with lots of character! Perfect for a romantic getaway for 2. Or, if you have more guests there’s the 2nd unit upstairs (which is beautiful too). When you walk in the AC feels nice & it smells fresh & clean. Very well kept & we loved Susans personal touches & decor. No bugs except usual mosquitoes outside which there was even bug spray & quality toiletries too! Washer & dryer were an added bonus which there was even detergent, oxy,& fabric softener! Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need/want. There’s also a charcoal grill. The pool & spa is shared with the guests in the unit upstairs( which was vacant) so it was private which was nice! The rear entrance is all fenced in with a locked gate which is perfect for the dogs. The location is perfect and within walking distance to coffee, food, & only a few blocks from the inter coastal. Downtown West palm is less than 10 min & we enjoyed some delicious restaurants and shopping! We can’t wait to come back!! Thanks Susan!

Beautiful neighborhood to walk iin. I walked down to the lake daily. Susa is a hostess with the mostess. I’ve already booked again for December.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the gardens, the pool, the cozy accomdations and the decor. Just perfect for two to get away from it all. Location could not be better. It is within walking distance of 4+ star resturants and 20 + antique shops. We will come back.

Wasnt as private as we had hoped. The pool isnt private it is shared with owner and other guests above us. The airport is very close heard planes every 3 mintues. The cottage started to leak water during a rain. Major water coming inside the sitting area and kitchen window. Found roaches in kitchen. We actually left 3 days early. The over all stay in the area was ok. People in the area arent welcoming to vistors as you would think. Would like to get my money back on the 2 nights I lost but probably wont happen. Susan is a nice person but wasnt satisfied with the area or place. We have never left a place early.

The reason for the low rating is due to the fact that the listing didn’t specify major details. This was our first Vrbo vacation rental and I’m not sure there will be a second. I wouldn’t consider this a “house”. This was more like a guest house. The fact there is an older ‘couple’ living above the domicile and they were loud. It felt as if we were back in our college dorm. The location itself isn’t close to the beach. It’s close to the canal. Also the downtown wasn’t close at all. Overall disappointed with the experience. Ended up leaving a day earlier.

Where do I start? This carriage guest house is adorable & gorgeous. It is perfect for 1 guest. It is even prettier than how it looks on the listing. It is absolutely beautiful & so cute. Small but practical. Has everything you need including a small washer/dryer. The bed is so incredibly comfortable & soft. It is in fact a marshmallow bed as described by the owner lol. The patio/pool are is also beautiful & the pool is very nice. The location is top tier; walking distance to many stores & restaurants & just minutes away from the bridges leading you to Palm Beach Island & downtown West Palm. Close to the turnpike & I-95. The host is gracious & accommodating & quick to respond. It is very pet friendly ; my dog really enjoyed that bed! You will NEVER find a better guest house in that area for that price! It is incredible & I plan on going back!

My husband and I plus our dog stayed at this property for 2 months. We felt at home here. Our host, Susan was very accommodating and quickly responded to our needs. The pool is very nice and we enjoyed spending lots of time there. It felt like our own private pool. We enjoyed taking walks in the historic neighborhood. There are several restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this property. Thanks Susan for a great stay.

Beautiful place to relax. Susan was a wonderful host. Great place, would definitely go back. Beautiful area, we walked to breakfast and dinner. You can even walk to Dunkin’ Donuts and get coffee and donuts in the morning. Thank-you Susan for a fantastic week. 😍

Great little mother-in-law suite separate from the main property (on which the owner lives). Great price & beautiful location, right next to the water. We only stayed one night due to the unexpected commitments that called us back home, but we would have loved to have stayed longer. We had a special circumstance and the owner took it into consideration and accommodated us, which speaks to her character. Would stay again.

This place is amazing! We were the last flight to arrive during Hurricane Nichole. Susan was on top of everything. The villa is absolutely beautiful with near by beaches, and the pool was delightful as well. Close to everything and the neighborhood is beautiful. Every detail in this villa was very tastefully done. We didn't want to leave but all good things must come to an end :). We will definitely return next year. Thanks Susan!

I absolutely loved my time at Casa Pina guest house. Ms. Davis was the perfect host. The guest house had everything I could possibly need. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. The location was close to everything I needed. I give this my highest review!

We reached this lovely guest house while hurricane Ian wreaked havoc north of us on FL‘s gulf coast whose rim has also touched West Palm Beach and continued heading towards the north east. Susan, the wonderful host I mentioned in the caption, knew we were a couple from Germany traveling by car and reached out to us beforehand, ensuring we’re getting there safely. Also needless to say that she helped us out wherever she could, e.g. me being too stupid to use DirecTV or when we ran out of detergent for the dish washer. (Thank you, Susan!) Oh, the house? In a word: Neat. And perfect for couples. It has everything you need (say for stormy and rainy days, ha) and is extremely well equipped. The pictures are accurate, the place is as cute as it looks. And the pool/hot tub is the highlight of it all, where you can spend the night with a drink of your choice. You might get mosquito bites though but that’s hardly to blame on the host in mid FL. You may want to bring along inspect repellent - but the house had that. The good stuff even. (Did I mention well equipped?) 6/5 stars.

Would definitely recommend for a anniversary weekend or just a week vacation!

The Carriage House is just as beautiful as the pictures in the listing! The grounds/garden are lush and beautiful-there’s even a large kapok tree in the front yard! There’s a pretty pool to enjoy, as well. Susan is very friendly and very helpful! We will definitely stay here on our next visit to West Palm Beach!
