Great place that's the perfect distance from everything in Fairbanks. Not so close that you have to hear the city but close enough that you're downtown in minutes.

This is a very clean, updated home with comfortable beds.

Our family (two adults and a teenager) enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean and aside from the kitchen counters and cabinets, is completely updated. We appreciated the amenities available in the kitchen. The house is located in a convenient location in proximity to the Johansen Expressway. The host did an excellent job of communicating with me and checking in to make sure everything went smoothly. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Living area, bedrooms, and bathroom were absolutely spotless. Furniture was very comfortable. But while in kitchen looking for the garbage upon finding it and seeing how filthy dirty inside the cabinet was, was a turn off. If the kitchen was clean this could be a five star. We had hoped for the best since we have a 1 month trip planned for 2024 and need lodging.

Quiet and in waking distance to the creamery trails. Rooms were spacious and beautiful excellent place to get away definitely will be planning another stay here in the future!

The house is conveniently located about 10 minutes from the airport and downtown Fairbanks. Plenty of space for our family of four with all the amenities we needed for our stay. House was clean and nicely furnished. Excellent communication with the host made for a pleasant visit. Thank you.

Beautiful property in the heart of the city. Conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, and the venue we were there for. House was comfortable, suprisingly spacious, and perfect for our family. Elizabeth was kind and wonderful to work with. Property pet friendly and our dog was in heaven! Will be back, for sure!

Cute and comfy house. House next door is a mess, so that is surprising when you pull up. Overall a nice stay and a good location in town.

The house itself and the furnishings are as shown on the website. There is no accounting for neighbors and the owner did not by just not taking pictures of the outside! When you arrive the house stands out because it is next door to a home where fixing cars, motorcycles or normal life junk is thrown in the yard. We focused on the place where we stayed and the location. It was easy to navigate Fairbanks from here. Our highlight was its proximity to the University of Alaska; literally across the Main Street University Ave! It’s also close to main line grocery and home improvement centers and Walmart! Unlike some locations, this property is a business and actually had the license posted on the property. This gave us a great feeling that the owner cared about providing a safe space and a clean place for us! Thank you for your hospitality♥️

Every year i come up from Washington to go camping and visit my family (i was born and raised in Eagle River) this year instead of camping near fairbanks we decided on a rental because my brother passed away and it was too painful to go to our usual spot. This Place worked out perfectly. Near pioneer Park and Walmart and in a quiet neighborhood. Everything went great without a hitch

House is very well kept, with large comfortable beds and furniture. Nice TVs and internet. Only drawback is no washer and dryer. Otherwise, it is a great stay while in Fairbanks.

Dont get fooled by photos, there are not 3 double beds, it’s 2 tripple beds.

Thank you to our hostess for having coffee, snacks etc. in the kitchen and nice clean bedrooms and linens for us to snuggle into. Bathroom is nice and all the rest is great, lots of closet space too!

Property was a surprise

We had a wonderful time visiting Fairbanks. The Alaskan Pipeline Place was a very nice place to stay. Very clean and had all the comforts of home. Elzabeth was an excellent host and even had snacks for us when we arrived. That was really appreciated, since we did not get in until late.

Outdoor of property was a little ragged. However once inside the door the house was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Clean, comfortable and homey touches with a dash of rustic charm! We were a little confused about which door because duplex has a different meaning to me. Maybe say enter front on porch. We absolutely LOVED the beds and would like to know what's the brand of mattress, especially in room with Northern Lights painting? We enjoyed plating Harry Potter CLUE and thanks so much for the snacks, they came in handing on the train to Anchorage! Only thing I'd add is more trash cans. I would definitely stay again!

My GF and I had a lovely stay. It had all the conveniences of home (minus W/D). Communication with Elizabeth was excellent. She was very prompt in responding.. Definitely would be delighted to stay at this property again. Sharon Y.

Older duplex home but recently updated nicely. Just wish they had w/d available on site. But laundromat was not too far away.
