Nice house with lots of beds. Perfect for a guys ski trip.

This is a beautiful home centrally located in Park City which has easy access to ski resorts, shopping, and hiking. It is clean and has ample room for all of us during our stay. The garage is a little small. My Mercedes 8 seat van could barely fit. I have to park just a couple of inches to the wall in order to close the garage door. There is a nice, well maintained jacuzzi on the deck. It really helped to relax our bodies after a long day of snowboarding. We contacted the management company upon arrival, after finding all of the three trash bins were full of garbage leaving no room for us to dispose our trash. Besides, we found the frying pans in the property were all so worn and became totally not usable and the shower drain on the 2nd floor was backed up. The property management provided us with a new frying wok in addition to some supplies. They have also cleaned out the shower drain. I placed all the garbage bins by the curb on the day when the garbage collectors were scheduled to haul away the trash. I hope the next visitors will have some empty garbage bins to use.

Very comfortable and convenient location. Slept 10 adults all in their own bed. Everything worked as expected. We would stay here again.

My friends and I appreciated and enjoyed our stay at the modern and well-equipped town home, located only eight miles from the Park City ski resort.

We were missing a coffee carafe and the dishwasher tray was broken. Overall great experience

We had a group of 15 people and were using the house as a home base while we skied Park City Mountain Resort. It was perfect! It was 12-20 minutes driving to the resort depending on traffic. Hot tub was excellent after a day of skiing. Beds were comfortable and we had enough sheets/towels for everyone. Our only issue (although it isn’t really the owners fault) is that it was a nightmare getting out the morning of our flights because it had snowed 20 inches overnight. The neighborhood has a few hills and our cars definitely struggled. They did plow eventually, but I would say if you expect yourself to be on a time crunch at any point during your trip, make sure you rent a car that can handle whatever weather comes. Overall, we would definitely stay again if we head back to Park City!

We had 4 couples plus a total of 5 kids. Each couple had their own room and all the kids fit in the bunk room. The only minor issue is the listing says 5 bedrooms/4 baths, when it’s actually 3.5 baths, so two couples ended up sharing a shower. Still not enough to downgrade from 5 stars. Communication with staff was great. Wonderful time visiting Park City.
