Great location and nice facilities. It was a little hot, so the property could use an air conditioner, but we brought fans so we were still able to enjoy our experience. The hot tub could use some work.

The main TV was not working, the Outside grill was not working and the Hot Tub cover hinges were broken. The outside was dirty with cigar buts litter by the Hot tub. Turn Key Property management made a good recovery by repairing the barbecue even though the grills were concaved and in need of replacement. They were also able to repair the main TV as well as bring us a fan. Unfortunately before they were able to bring the fan we had to buy two small fans for the bedroom so that we were able to sleep at a cost of ($80.00) to us. The furniture was in need of replacement. The chair in the living room was broken and the couch was extremely uncomfortable to sit on. I would comment on the kitchen but the cabin was so hot that it was impossible to cook in the kitchen except early morning time. The pictures on the site are very nice but I don't think that they represent the cabin accurately.

Location was good. Close to shopping and casinos. It was perfect for 3 adults, but would be a little bit tight for more than that. The interior was spotless. The exterior needed to be hosed down and have spider webs removed. The hot tub was nice. Overall it was nice for a short stay.

Cottage is bigger than expected which is nice and a good location with short walk to heavenly village. Furntiutre needs some updating & upholstery cleaned. Bed Linens need updating too as very worn and tears in them.

The beds could use an update too with more comfortable mattresses. The hot tub was great and clean but the cover lifter was broken. We had access to bikes which was really nice but again they were a tad old and rusted. The smaller bed in the bedroom wasn’t clean which was a tad unnerving considering we aren’t fully open from covid. It should have been clean regardless though. We chose this house because of the hot tub but it didn't work our whole stay. Very disappointing. I would contact the help desk about it and all they said was "we apologize for your inconvenience" They also said they would have someone come out to look at it, but no response.

There were some things about the rental that made our stay kind of disappointing, and feel they could have communicated them with me prior to our arrival, or could have offered us another location where these amenities were in working order.

1. Prior to our arrival I specifically asked about the hot tub, and they said that it was all good to go for our stay. On the first night, we get in the hot tub and find that some buttons and the screen were broken, so we were not able to adjust the temperature of the water, we had a luke warm tub experience. I spoke with the home care team about this and the woman I spoke with said the previous renters mentioned this to them too. That they had ordered a replacement screen, but it wouldn't be delivered until the day we would be checking out. So we were without a working hot tub for the duration of our stay. The only reason we decided to rent this home was specifically because of the hot tub, and they knew that it wasn't working prior to our arrival. So that was really disappointing. They did refund me $95 for that inconvenience.

2. Another reason we decided to rent this home was because they provided outdoor amenities. We were super pleased to find 4 adult size Schwinn Cruiser bikes, but were quickly disappointed when we realized that only one of the bikes were in riding condition. One bike had worn down flat tires that couldn't be pumped up, one bike had a broken pedal, the other bike's seat was super wonky. We were disappointed because it was beautiful weather and we really wanted to enjoy a bike ride. We looked into the local bike rentals, and ended up spending $45 for an hour on a shared pedaling bike trolley just so we could have some kind of bike experience. It was fun, but an unexpected expe

Windows and dust under beds was awful. Couldn’t find heater remote, so bedroom was cold. The yard was not kept up at all.
