The area is very nice with surrounding beautiful homes. The house itself is a little dated and has some deferred maintenance that should be addressed.

We were there from 4:00 PM Friday to 10:00 AM Sunday - 42 hours. 16 or so of those hours we were asleep. 18 of those hours we did not have electricity. Cold and dark when the sun goes done at 5:00 PM.

Made Christmas dinner in well appointed kitchen. Took walks in the quiet neighborhood and even made to the beach when the rain stopped.

We had a great time here celebrating Thanksgiving and my mom's birthday. Great neighborhood, amazing views and proximity to Doran's Beach was an added bonus.

The house was exceptionally clean which in this current era was comforting. Unfortunately the dryer in the house didn’t work but we were compensated in a rent reduction which was very much appreciated. Upon arrival the lock code didn’t work so I called the staff for help. They were very responsive and we set a new code and we were good to go. As with any stay things don’t always work perfectly but the staff was always helpful. I would stay at this house again and would recommend it based on my positive experience.

The "chef's kitchen" described in the listing was a slight exaggeration, the kitchen is large but not particularly well-stocked with cutting boards, saute pans, etc. if you actually want to cook a meal.

Property internet did not work properly and owner knew it was defective. Tv’s were shown in all bedrooms but none worked. AC was advertised but nonexistent; fortunately did not need it. Bedsheets we’re low quality. Good view, decent house. Bad internet is totally unacceptable in this day and age. Owner knew it was deficient by notes posted. It was not a general outage but one specific to this property. Also grill was never fixed or replaced as promised.

Grill works poorly and master bath toilet was difficult to flush. Tons of white carpet which is challenging with kids and a beach.

Perfect for three couples - loved the pool table and ping pong table. Looking forward to coming back .

Very pleasant experience

This is an absolutely beautiful house overlooking the bay. It has 180° views from the upper floor. The house is very well appointed and comfortable in every way. We had a fantastic time there and wish we could’ve stayed longer!

We enjoyed our stay. The listing was very accurate. The reservation and check-in process were more lengthy than I have experienced in the past, with more documentation in multiple formats required -- written and verbal. The property was lovely, clean, with great ocean views and lots of light. Birds abounded in the area and it was a moderate walk to the beach which we took advantage of several times during our stay. All in all a great weekend.

Since the cooktop didn't work, and we kept waiting for someone to turn on the propane ( no one came until the next day), we ended up with a horrible take out meal.It took me 1 week, and many phone calls to the Turnkey staff, to receive some type of reimbursement for our inconvenience.

The property was super clean and it was very easy to check in. The wall of windows is spectacular. The photos do a great job of demonstrating how nice the house is.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home in Bodega Bay! The house has the best view possible of the bay and was conveniently located. There was plenty of room for the eight of us to enjoy our time and not be on top of each other. The pool table and ping pong table in the garage and the various board games were able to keep our teen and pre-teen kids occupied on a rainy day. We would highly recommend this house and intend to stay there every time we go to Bodega Bay.

The house was amazing, great location, But the house had Bird Crap every wear, in kitchen, on furniture and on the floor, we cleaned some But not ALL. Some of the Dishes had to washed first before using as were dirty.
