The pictures on the posting looked nice, but the property fell well short of expectations. It’s obviously an old, rundown suite that they’ve attempted a cheap reno on to make it presentable. When you first walk in, you get hit with a stale mildew smell. During our stay, we also discovered that the shower doesn’t work, the freezer was broken and leaking, the dishwasher was heavily damaged, and none of the cabinets close properly. This property was a huge disappointment, especially considering how much we paid to rent it.

Condo is in a great location with beautiful view of the bay and a short walk to the beach. Also walking distance to Belmont and many shops/restaurants. It was clean, spacious and our kids loved the boogie boards provided. It is an older unit, so there are some quirky issues, but we all enjoyed our stay.

This property was at a great location. Minutes away from the beach! The property was clean, spacious, and accommodating to me, my husband, two babies, and my parents. The only issue we had was when the Internet went down. The communication was inconsistent. The contact number that was given to us if there were any issues was an automated text response. When we did get through to talk to someone, they were very accommodating and willing to help resolve our issues, but it was never resolved because we would be waiting on someone to contact us back and no one did. We continued to follow up and it would be the same thing again. Before we knew it our stay was over and we never resolved our issue. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

This property was nicely decorated and had sufficient supplies for our stay. It is in a great location, walking distance to the bay, beach, Belmont Park, and restaurants/bars. It was nice that it included a parking spot as parking in that area is tough to find. One of the things we had an issue with was the code to operate the elevator. It didn't always work and we stood at the elevator punching in the code many times before it would take. Also, if there was a fire and we were not able to use the elevator, the door on the patio to the stairs would not open, which is a safety hazard. Also, when we arrived, the screen to the patio was broken and the water pressure in the back bathroom was non existent, so we all showered in the other bathroom. All in all, it was a nice place to stay, which made up for some of the downsides.

Beautiful older property. Lovely location, but could use some serious upgrades to electrical. Lights flickered constantly, and the living room fan would come on randomly. We hated the fact that everything had a different “security code” . We all had to carry index cards on our body, to access various things, so we wouldn’t forget.. too many Nicnacks. Moved everything to a closet till we left so we had room for our stuff. Shower knob felt like it was pulling out of the wall; afraid to use it. No bedding was available until I called, for the living room pullout. Tried to get access at 4:00 checkin in the elevator, with no luck. Had to call turnkey and after several try’s, got up to our condo around 4:30. Overall nice place but might rethink it if we ever decide to visit mission beach in the future.

We enjoyed our stay. The view and location were great. All of the codes to get in and out of places was a little much. Wish there were beach chairs. Overall the condo was fine.

The property was nicely appointed. The check in process was a bit confusing and frustrating since you need to have a code for the elevator which was not included in the check in email. Fortunately, the property manager was very responsive. It is a very convenient location, close to the bay and the beach.

Sheets and towels were dirty! The refrigerator was not working resulting in us having to throw away food we bought. Floors and rugs were dirty! Overall uncomfortable feeling.

Clean and modern and good layout. Room darkening curtains and comfortable beds. Beautiful view of bay from the deck. Distant ocean view from the main bedroom. Kitchen stocked with everything you need. One suggestion for improvement would be to simplify the door code. 10 digit code is not easy to remember and overkill. This is a minor inconvenience of course, I would stay again!

Great location, very clean unit. Beautiful view. Had a few minor issues at check in but resolved quickly. TV only had internet access so difficult to watch local tv or sports. Overall, 8+.

The instructions for all the codes was very confusing. Needs to be simple. Needs new cabinets in kitchen n bath. Some don't even close. Washer was filthy. We feel things could have been way cleaner. Bedspread dirty. Towels were all snagged. Windows were disgusting.

Everything was great except the internet did not work.

The location and views from the property were fantastic and it was also a plus to have a dedicated parking space for that area. The condo is a bit dated and could use some renovations (cabinets and the building elevator), but everything was clean and comfortable. Only issues that we had were that the internet service was too slow to stream tv shows and the DVD player remote wasn't working, nor did the tv recognize the DVD player (not an issue for the adults but moreso for the kids). Called the property manager to fix this but it didn't get taken care of before our stay was up so got an HDMI cable and reconnected it to the tv. Overall we had a nice time and would stay here again.

The condo was clean and equipped with anything we needed. It was great!!

The view from this property is terrific.

The photos of this condo look amazing. However, this place needs a lot of work. The lights in the kitchen do not stay on - they flicker off and on like there is likely a short. The lights in the bathroom do not work. All of the furniture is in very bad condition. There is no a/c so we left the windows open at night but could hear the music and laughter from the bar until 2am. The floors were dirty, one bedroom smelled like arm pits, For the price - this place should have been A LOT nicer AND cleaner. I didn't call to report any of this as I didn't want workers in the unit with me and my daughters - and none of this was going to get fixed quickly. Two stars for the view and the local water sports rentals - we really enjoyed those!

THE FLOORS WERE DIRTY. THE MASTER SINK BACKED UP. THE FLOOR FANS WERE VERY DIRTY WITH GRIME. SOME OF THESE ISSUES WERE ADDRESSED FOR THE SECOND TIME AND THE OTHER ISSUES STILL REMAIN. THE CLEANING STAFF DOESN'T NEED TO BE TOLD THAT THE FLOORS ARE DIRTY, SOME OF THE RUBBER UNDER THE RUGS IS DISINTEGRATING, THAT THE EXTRA ROOM FANS ARE FILTHY. THE PATIO WINDOW BLINDS NEED REPLACING. THAT IS ALSO FALLING APART. THE RESPONSE TO OUR COMPLAINTS WERE ADDRESSED, BUT THE ISSUE IS, WE SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD THE SAME COMPLAINTS AS PREVIOUS TENANTS. THE ELECTRICAL OUTLETS THAT WERE NON-FUNCTIONAL WERE IN THE LIVING ROOM WHICH NEEDED THE MOST VENTILATION. THERE WEREN'T ENOUGH OUTLETS FOR OUR DEVICES, THE FANS AND OTHER DEVICES THAT WERE NEEDED IN THE FRONTROOM. THE UNIT IS NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE. NOT APPROPRIATE FOR ANYONE IN A WHEELCHAIR.
