Beautiful home, would rent again- plenty of room inside and out. Short walk or drive to beach or convenience store. Tyler was super quick in responding to us. Property maintained but was not cleaned y thecleaninh vrew, addressed tbst to Tyler.

Property is as advertised - I would give cleanliness a 4/5, but it has a well stocked kitchen, a great backyard with space for games, with BBQ and fire pit. Spacious bedrooms and dining area.
The location is very ideal, close to a great golf course and a private beach in walking distance. Downtown is about a 10 min drive. Quiet neighbourhood.

We rent a cottage each summer for our extended family and this is a perfect one for that. Grandkids range in age from 0 to 13 and there is always things to do for them being so close to the beach and having a nice fenced yard to play in. There is plenty of area in the house too to give each family there own space.

Our family of 11 from 4 states gathered for our annual family vacation. The beautiful and large house was a great space for our 6 month old through 70's. The near by beach was great for all! We enjoyed the hot tub and the brick fireplace outside. We enjoyed the charcoal grill as our grill person was more familiar with this method.
Tyler, the host, was very prompt and helpful in answering our questions . We would recommend this property!

Very comfortable for our family group of 12. Great to have the outdoor space for the kids to play and spacious indoors on the days it rained. Close to the beach. Love Lake Huron. Tyler was very helpful and responsive. Enjoyed our stay!

The home is very spacious. We had 12 people and there is lots of room and plenty of parking The lake is a short walk away. There was a hiccup in that the cleaners expected us to arrive at 4:00, but we were booked in for the 3:00. The host added an hour to our checkout time to make up for that.

Me any my friends and family had an amazing weekend experience at this property. The master bedroom was a delight and the entire property was more beautiful than expected! We found that we were more impressed with the actual property compared to the pictures.
The hot tub was spacious and very relaxing. It was a great touch as a way to unwind. We also enjoyed how close the property was to the water (only a couple minute walk).
Tyler, our host, was also very responsive and provided ample guidance and direction.
Overall, we had an amazing time and would return in a heartbeat!

Property was lovely! Tyler was great to deal with & was as accommodating as possible. 5 separate bedrooms plus a bed in the basement rec room. Beach is a short walk & neighbourhood is quiet. Overall it’s a super property! 👍

Property was great for a cold and rainy Thanksgiving. Lots of space inside and covered spaces in a fully fenced backyard.

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were very comfy.
It was perfect for our extended family getaway. Our favorite things were the short, five minute walk to a beautiful beach, and the fenced in backyard with lots of green grass (perfect for our young kiddos to run and get their energy out). The bedrooms/sleeping areas are laid out in three sections so it is great for more than one family. I appreciated the very detailed info that was sent before we arrived so we knew exactly what to bring and what was provided.
Tyler was a great host and very communicative.
We’d love to stay again if we are back in the area!

This cottage is perfect for the growing family. Lots of different areas so little ones can nap while older ones play. Nice yard for them to play games and lots of seating area outside as well as inside. Kitchen is very well equipped. Our family loved spending the week together here.

Really enjoyed Tyler's property. It was clean, spacious, and was in perfect walking distance to the beach. This was my second time staying here and I will definitely be back in the future!

The house was the perfect set up and stay for our whole family to enjoy. The short walk to the private beach was great. We also enjoyed that it was only a few short drives to Grand Bend, Bayfield and Goderich where we went to enjoy their parks and beaches. It was a great location for wanting to enjoy a bit of each or these spots.

Awesome home, exactly as described, very clean and spacious, host was excellent to deal with, home is in a great area surrounded by Grand bend, Bayfield and Goderich, we had a very relaxing stay

It was a very nice house that was very clean when we arrived! We found no issues, Tyler answered our pile of questions right before our stay and replied super fast which was super helpful and appreciated! This house is a really nice place to stay since it’s big and super close to the beach- everything is about 10-15 mins away. I definitely recommend this house for bigger groups of people (10) since it’s very spacious!
