Our family thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful cabin. There were a couple issues when we first arrived, but the host took care of them right away. We loved the woodsy decor, the beds were very comfortable, and the place was clean. The host provided all the essentials we needed for the weekend. We enjoyed our coffee on the porch in the morning and cocktails in the evening. The hot tub was icing on the cake. The games in the loft were a big hit with my kids. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

We had a great weekend here at the cabin. There were 4 adults and 3 boys (ages 9 & 10). They played in the loft or the hot tub majority of the time. They explored some outside too and loved it. It was alil loud because they are boys and was in the loft. A basement would’ve been more fitting for them but that was on us, not the cabin. The only negative is the neighbor right across from the one way road was very close and kept coming over and talking to us. We just wanted to enjoy ourselves but he was no trouble in all honesty. It was just lil weird. Overall, we had the best time. The cabin is beautiful.

The cabin is so beautiful and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. A lot of room for the teenagers.
The location is spot on. The resort is quiet and well kept. The Wifi was great and allowed me to keep up with my remote position and projects.
Communication with the host was wonderful.

This cabin was private but in a "community" setting. The cabin was beautiful with comfortable beds and nicely decorated. The loft area was great for my granddaughter as it had arcade games and other games to keep us busy. I would stay here again.

We decided to stay a bit outside of Pigeon Forge and this was perfect. The cabin was very clean, nice and spacious. We had everything we needed for our stay. Our grandson and his grandpa really enjoyed the game room and kids had plenty to do. Thanks to the hosts for being very responsive to any questions.

Tim and Jennifer cabin is perfectly located and well maintained. Sitting in rocking chairs in front porch while drinking our morning coffee was my favorite moment. The kids loved the loft with the arcade and table games. Showers have good pressure and beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Tim and Jennifer checked in the next morning to make sure everything was running smoothly which I found to be very kind of their part.

Flat Creek Retreat was a beautiful, peaceful and tranquil place to stay. It had everything we needed and was very clean and beautifully decorated. Our grandchildren loved the toys as well as the arcade games. The community pool was perfect and we loved taking walks in the area. I would highly recommend and would love to return again. The owners were readily available with questions. We couldnt have asked for more.

The cabin was perfect for our group. We had two moms and 2 teen girls. They loved having the loft to themselves. It was very centrally located to everything. The wrap around porch was perfect to watch the Northern Lights

This cabin was beautiful and clean and very well stocked. My younger kids loved all the toys and video games and the hot tub was a hit with the whole family. Great location, easy to get too and the owners were easy to communicate with. Thanks!

We booked this location for my Daughters 11th birthday, she had a friend come with her and we had our Adult friends come along. THIS IS THE BEST CABIN! Extremely clean! The beds were SUPER Comfy! They supplied PLENTLY of pillows (which is a plus, I LOVE extra pillows). The cabin was stocked with what we needed to get us started. The hot tub was amazing. Our favorite was the Porch! The cabin was located about 15ish minutes outside the city, so not a far drive at all to get to town. Wasn't on a terrible hill compared to some we have stayed. The owners were very communicative and we even had a trash panda visit us they were able to take care of. All & All, HIGHLY recommend, great price, great cabin, great location

Our stay was amazing! The kids loved sleeping and playing the games in the loft! Loved the remote location but only a short drive to get to everything we wanted to do. The kids keep asking when we can go back!

Super clean and fun for the kids! We have 2 little kids who enjoyed the loft with the toys and games. We all enjoyed the hot tub and sitting on the porch. House was in a great location for all the things we did (30mins to Gatlinburg, 40 mins to Maryville, 40 mins to downtown Knox). Would stay again!

We stayed at this amazing home while visiting the area to watch my son play baseball at Johnson University. It is conveniently located while feeling like you are on a mountain vacay. I highly recommend.

We had 3 adults with us on our trip. My grandmother has been coming to the area since she was young adult, and said this was one of the best cabins she has stayed in. This cabin was the perfect size and CLEAN. It was big enough that you can easily move throughout, but without all the extra space that can make it harder for people with mobility issues to move around. We loved that it has 2 “master” suites downstairs that allowed each room to have easy access to a bathroom. It was also nice that the balcony was on the ground floor level of the home so everyone can enjoy the balcony without having to claim lots of stairs. Extra bonus was the arcade games upstairs to keep us busy on the rainy days! The hosts stayed in contact and were very responsive to our messages, and a plus that we had zero issues on our trip!

Everything was perfect with one minor exception… I’d say about half of the jets in the hot tub didn’t work and the light in the hot tub did not work either. Those are minor issues though! The cabin was clean and beautiful! The linens were all clean and the views were spectacular!

This was the perfect spot to feel close to everything but also far enough away that it’s a quiet, restful stay. They have everything you need to feel at home, and grocery stores are only about 15 minutes away.
The cabin was very clean and welcoming. Our two girls loved the loft area with their own beds, games, and TV. The mattresses were very comfortable, and the hot tub was a great way to wind down after a long day at Dollywood.
The neighbors are close, but you don’t hear them unless you’re outside. There is also some construction going on further up the hill, so several large vehicles drive by throughout the day. But this shouldn’t deter you, because it’s the perfect spot for adventures in Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. We loved it!

We needed a long weekend for fall break and this cabin did not disappoint. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean and spacious. It was close to local attractions which our three young children enjoyed. There was great privacy and the neighborhood was quiet. Even though we didnt need the kitchen very often but it was well furnished. Would definitely stay there again. Homeowners where attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had.

Tim was a wonderful host and checked in with us to make sure we didn’t need anything. He answered any questions and was super responsive. We really didn’t need much because the house is so well equipped. Everytime I needed something it was there, grill tools, dishes, cooking supplies, etc., no stone left unturned. The cabin was clean and the perfect size for our family. Ms Pacman and other games were a nice touch! The location is close to everything yet offers the level of privacy and quiet we are looking for. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene retreat. We will definitely be back in the future. Thanks Tim!

Our family of 5 stayed here for a week to do all of the hiking and hanging out family stuff. The cabin was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The town is close so going to the store is easy but far enough away to be quiet.

Perfect cabin in the hills! We enjoyed the hot tub and rocking chairs on porch. The property was extremely clean and well cared for. Great layout for family as kids enjoyed having their own space in the loft. Communication was quick and easy. Loved being close enough to enjoy hustle and bustle of the nearby towns, but felt completely nestled away when we wanted to relax. Would absolutely stay here again.

From the comfy rockers on the porch, to the absolutely dreamy mattresses, everything thing in/at the property is perfect for a getaway. The house is beautifully decorated and welcoming. The teens enjoyed the games and space in the loft, and us girls enjoyed relaxing on the porch.
You may notice a theme in the reviews, this place is indeed exceptionally clean and maintained. My sister in law, who loves to be barefoot in the house but won’t, because her feet get dirty, was thrilled. She told us it’s the only house she’s ever been able to be barefoot and end up with clean feet 🙂.
If you are considering this rental, go for it! You won’t be disappointed. It really was a perfect spot for our family.
And the hosts are amazing as well. If I could give more stars, I would! Thank you for a unforgettable weekend.

The house was great! Very nice and clean and full of amenities. The kids loved the arcade games and fusbol table and it was great to relax in the jacuzzi in the evenings. The kitchen was well stocked and made preparing meals easy. Overall, it was a very comfortable place to stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in this area.
