My family and I came to Alabama for a family member's wedding. We stayed at the wonderful home and really enjoyed ourselves. If and when I return to Montgomery, AL. I'll definitely inquire about renting this property again.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It is easily accessible to downtown Montgomery by car and was great for 4 people as it has 4 sizable bedrooms. We liked that it allowed us a quiet place to come back to in the evenings. The hosts were also super responsive whenever we reached out. Would recommend!

I reserved the "Charmer" for my daughters 17th birthday, & Chef prepared Brunch. The home was absolutely cozy, & spacious! The host communication was "top-tier"! The location & neighborhood was amazing! Overall, our stay was the best. Have already recommended to a few people looking to visit Montgomery,Al. Thanks again.

Enough space for everyone in our group. We had room for game night, movies, and sidebar conversations. Really happy about our first aBNB experience, Daniel and Xavier were accommodating and amazing hosts. Highly recommend this rental for all your weekend getaway needs.

It was a nice stay. There was an issue with the back door not working but it was fixed immediately. The chair legs in the living room need to be tightened or replaced. The vents and baseboards need to be cleaned. The house is drafty when it’s cold outside. Other than these few things, it was a nice stay to be an older home. The owner(s) is very nice, friendly and helpful.

This trip was for Black Golden girl's over 60! The accommodations were very nice a d clean. The host should allow me to purchase this hidden gem. I love the space! The property accommodated all four of us comfortably with room to spare. My friend's and i were able to visit various museums and dine enjoyably. Montgomery is my home so it was nice to see family as well. The Capitol Heights Charmer is a must on my next visit to Montgomery! I love the fact that you had a outdoor screened in patio. It really accommodated my smoking habit I'm ashamed to say! Thanks for you speedy reply to my messages and suggestions 🙂

House was clean, spacious comfortable and close to attractions. We enjoyed each having our own bedrooms and gathering for meals, games and movies in the kitchen, dining room and living room.

The location is perfection. Only 5-10 minutes from everything. Pictures are accurate. Cery clean. My friends and I felt safe. Very lovely host. Gave us great restaurant recommendations. Highly recommend.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in Montgomery. We were in town for a wedding at The 1616 House. The location was perfect! There are eateries and shopping close by.
Our host Xavier was very accommodating and very informative about our stay. He made sure that we were very comfortable and if we were in need of anything he was readily available.
The home was beautiful and very spacious. It was exactly like the listing!!! I was very pleased with my stay and will definitely recommend for future stays.

We came to support our friend directing the international fringe festival and have a small elopement. This house was perfect! The house was spacious and comfortable with plenty of room for the 6 adults. The back yard and screened in porch were great for morning coffee and evening chats. We would highly recommend this property for anyone staying in Montgomery.

This property has a lot of potential. It was very clean and the backyard was exceptional. The problem was at night our extra guests came out yes roaches and we saw a bed bug in one of the twin beds. This put a damper on our trip but we made it do what it do. The property manager was very apologetic and ask if he could spray but we had already sprayed the entire house down. My suggestion is to take the property down until they exterminate the entire house!

We were visiting family and stayed for three nights in April. Cute historic house was minutes away from everything. Kids loved sharing the room with two twin beds and watching cartoons in the living room. The neighborhood is very quiet. It was a pleasant stay with our kids and parents.

I cannot say enough good things about the hosts and this property. First off, Xavier was THE most welcoming and gracious host! He checked in on us frequently and made sure every part of our stay was smooth and enjoyable, and even gave us recommendations on the city! The place itself was so cozy! Very spacious, modern updates, cute, close to downtown and a perfect hang out spot! We barely went out because we did not want to leave lol! Would love to come back and stay again and will be recommending to everyone!

The property was very clean and the furnishings were very tasteful with just the right amount of modern and historic charm. There was plenty of room for everyone and the back porch was just the right place for a glass of wine after a day of sightseeing. It was close to everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!
