I would normally never stay in a apartment with a rented room but Carlos is very hospitable, he speaks English and goes out of his way to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The guest room has their own toilet/shower. Wi-Fi worked fast and if you asked the host for anything (reasonable request) he would probably go out of his way to accommodate you. The host is very familiar with the area and services around the area. This is one minute to a OXXO (like a small convenient store) and two minutes from a very good Coffee shop (Aquamarino Cafe) also with an excellent view of the beach.

I have a bad knee and it's on the 3rd floor, so climbing the stairs was a little discomforting but I would definitely climb the stairs to stay there again.
