View of bay was nice. Spacious enough. Price was good. Pool was very nice with lots of seating and shade. Screened balcony was nice.

Apartment was dirty. Further from beach than the 1500 feet advertised. Single beds were uncomfortable. Wasn’t aware it was on 3rd floor, but that was my fault. Should have asked about that as I had knee replacement 5 months ago.

Pool was clean, not crowded, right outside the building. Plenty of chairs and tables. Condo equipped with everything you need for a week away from home such as iron, board, beach chairs, umbrella, utensils, plates, kitchen items, etc. Spacious, nice covered, screened in balcony. Quiet development. Close to beach access and grocery store. Plenty of parking.

Dryer was extremely loud. Needs a new belt or motor is going up soon. Have to run twice for clothes to fully dry. Washer is very small, holds very few clothes at a time. Dish washer is not mounted so in order to get it to work you must pick it up and slide it left. Bulbs too dim. Need LEDs to have any light in the rooms. Beds terribly uncomfortable. New matresses are desperately needed. Unhappy with cleaning service. Condo was not ready at 4 pm on check in day. Cleaning lady with 4 or 5 year old small child still in condo at 4 pm cleaning. She did not finish until almost 5 pm. Old sheets were left on front porch all week in a blue bag. Day of check out cleaning crew opened the door on their own at 8 am when check out is at 10 am. They stood out front making us feel we had to rush to get out to accommodate them. Stove top was very greasy. Not cleaned properly for some time.

The location we were at was in the perfect location. We were in walking distance to grocery stores, the beach and everywhere else we went. We found a really good pizza and wing place.

I loved everything about this place and felt very safe in our location.

I loved the view with the sunset every night. Also the place was very spacious and I liked having 2 bathrooms.

Some of the doors did not shut, and the blinds on the back porch need some work. The beds were also very stiff.

King bed mattress needs replaced. Terribly soft.

The booking site was not accurate at all. It should show pictures of the place available for rent, not the nicest place in the entire community. False advertisement.

Three flights when we requested handicapped. The pictures I was shown when I booked was not the 1980 time capsule we got. The beds were rock hard. Pillows were brown, broken towel racks in bath, furniture was old and not enough living room seating for 6 ppl. Bottom of tub was black. Housekeeping had to come back to clean. Carpet was dirty and prob from the 80s too. Felt like we were staying in a nasty frat house. It even had spray paint in the doors!! Blinds were broken on sliding doors

There wasn't anything I didn't like.... Literally everything about our family vacation was absolutely amazing! I'm happy I went with Vacasa and booked at Our Place at the Beach 2. We are actually looking forward to booking again in this location for another family trip! It was awesome beautiful very comfortable and relaxing!
