Our stay was wonderful! I am in an electric wheelchair and everything I needed was accessible. Dominic (owner) had an aluminum ramp to get the chair in the house. Very close to the pool, which we practically had to ourselves during the whole stay. The house is located close to Grocery stores and Restaurants. The best thing about this House is the excellent communication between the owner and myself. Defiantly going to stay again.

This three story villa was absolute perfection. It was clean, well stocked, and most importantly they allowed our fur babies. Very peaceful and very comfortable. 3 person parking and overlooking the lake. Thanks for everything!

We enjoyed staying here! The deck and grill were so nice to use for dinner. Very quiet (in April) but I’m sure a bit more noise during peak season times. Very pretty view.

We had a great stay! The temperature had dipped down and it was chilly in the house. I texted the owner and they promptly adjusted the thermostat. Great location and very clean. Normal amenities for appliances, towels, etc. The unit could use some updating in comparison to what we have experienced with prior rentals. Some recliners or other comfortable seating is needed in the family room. The cabinets and toilets also need updating. Small round toilets just don't cut it anymore. Nice decking and grill. I would recommend.

Arrived to the villa to find it just as advertised. Everything was spotless and exactly what we needed. Comfortable beds, clean kitchen and bathrooms, everything was perfect. Communication with owners was quick and concise. Could not be happier we booked this villa.

This is a nice property, perfect for meeting up with our daughter and fiancee from CoMO. Although it was chilly and we didn't try amenities like the pool, we enjoyed having a cozy fire both nights!

Cool space. Clean, spacious and very comfortable. Very quiet. Exactly what we were hoping for. A bit of a hike to and from the water front, but wow, it’s really peaceful. Had a great time fishing. We were not in need of anything- either provided or Hyvee is like 5 minutes away.

This place was perfect for us, from parking to the nice linen to the appliances . Was cozy and clean with fireplace which was awesome for our rainy day ! I will definitely be staying again !!!

Beautiful and quiet place to stay. The location is a short drive from everything which is a must if you’re bringing the kids. Property owners are very nice, quick to respond, and accommodating.
I’ve stayed in many locations over the 14 years of coming there and this is in my top two without a doubt.

They supplied us with everything we needed for our stay, and extras. Grill on the back deck so we saved money on eating out. It was still a bit cool so the pool wasn’t open and we were not able to enjoy the swimming platform which would be a blast if it was hot.

VERY nice, interesting layout, privacy for everyone. Spacious feel, equipped with everything you may need. Quiet, private, great views, little way to the lake but within walking distance. Close to everything near the Bagnell Dam & Lake. ENJOYED relaxing weekend, thank you!

Nice unit with fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Nice area and close location to lake. Close to state parks, Bridal Cave and other activities. Had to go to BWW to watch NCAA games . No cable TV. Need to provide instructions for smart tv and firepit in commons area.

Ozark getaway
Communication was prompt. Property was as described. Each bedroom on its own floor with its own bathroom was great. Layout open. Nice table for playing games. A little too hot to enjoy the decks but nice little view of the lake. Pool very close by.
