The property was wonderfully kept. Tons of room for multi family vacation with separate spaces throughout the cabin. Grandma watching tv in living room. Mom Dad aunts Uncles playing poker and making cocktails in bar level. Kids dispersed between movie room, game room, pool and hot tub. Ample bathrooms and the back yard activities were a plus. As well as the. Lose proximity to Gatlinburg. We all had a great Time Paola, we will definitely be back to visit! Thanks for the memories.

Beautiful cabin with all the amenities you could imagine!

This place is just beautiful! The views are amazing. There is so much to do at the home that there was zero reason to leave. Everyone enjoyed all of the amenities. The only issue we had was that it’s advertised as 6 bedrooms but it has 5 bedrooms and a loft. Which was not a problem for us, but could be if six people wanted their own rooms. Bring extra trash bags and toilet paper if you have a large group. Otherwise, there’s ice in the freezer, plenty of games, and an abundance of room for everyone to sit comfortably. The host is very responsive, even in the middle of the night. The temperature stays at a comfortable degree when set, not too hot or cold in any room. There’s plenty of flat parking. But the drive is extremely narrow and curvy so take your time and enjoy the views on your way up and back down.

We all really enjoyed our stay at the cabin! I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay. It was plenty spacious, and looked exactly as the pictures show. There were a couple cleanliness things that through us off. Our feet were black from walking on the floors so I would suggest wearing shoes or socks. This was only an issue because we had little kids crawling around. The backyard was a little more run down then expected, and a couple things were broken (recliner chair, knobs missing from the sauna, and a banister by the basement stairs. (check them all if you have kids to prevent an injury!) That being said none of those things would prevent me from booking the same place, just things to be aware of. The property manager is extremely responsive which was wonderful!

The accommodations are as advertised. Clean Spacious, well maintained. Did not have that high-traffic run-downed/overused feeling that some places have. A self-contained family amusement experience. Enjoyed it so much that the family would like to book the same place next year or something very much like it.

I took all the kids and grandkids for a family vacation. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Had a mishap and the owner was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely rent this cabin again. From day 1 we seen bears. 1 even played in the backyard for a bit.

Wow! Take a winding road into the smoky mountains & stay in this cabin with so many amenities! Our children loved it! We even saw 2 bears at different times! Close to everything Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge have to offer!

This cabin was beautiful, clean, host was BEYOND helpful and quick with communication. Everything we needed was right there, even story books for the kids to read before bed. The pool was very clean! We could have stayed at the cabin the entire time and been entertained. Can’t say enough wonderful things!

This house is amazing, perfect for all ages. House is clean, the property manager is so easy to work with. I would stay there again.

Beautiful view, love the location. Wonderful amenities, very accommodating cabin. Beds were so comfortable. The deck facing the mountains was amazing, so peaceful and quiet! Everyone totally enjoyed their stay. i would return and also recommend to friends!

The cabin was exactly as listed and expected. We had a large family of 20 staying and had plenty of rooms and things to do at the cabin. Kids enjoyed the pool, ping pong, foosball and the theatre room. We used the large kitchen and living room the most, cooked most of our meals at the cabin with plenty of room to eat and hang out. Would definitely recommend.

The property itself was nice. The issue was that this was a large group that was on a motorcoach. The road up to the cabin has signage that no vehicles are allowed that are in excess of 35 feet. This was not brought to our attention by the property owner. The group had to pay for a rental car (nearly $500) and shuttle the group members back up and down the mountain each day. The property owner refused to reimburse the group for the cost of the rental car even though we were not informed that vehicles beyond 35ft were not allowed on the road ahead of time. Eventually the owner quit communicating completely even though I remained respectful in my request for compensation for the rental car. Had we been made aware of this ahead of time, we could have made other arrangements. The owner stated that she is only in charge of the property and not transportation. I feel as though it would be something that would be of importance to mention especially since this property is specifically meant for large families and groups. So just beware if you are coming on a vehicle in excess of 35ft that you will not be able to access the property in that vehicle.

We had so much fun at the cabin for my moms birthday, everything was absolutely lovely

Was plenty of room for our group of 15, some games were missing ( golf balls & bags for corn hole ) bring your own cleaning products as they are not stocked , overall would stay again!

We had 17 people in our group. Kids from ages 1-18 and 5 couples. Pro: The main level was nice with well stocked small and large appliances, pots and pans, silverware, etc. Good quality too! Cooking was never a hassle. The island was huge and good for cooking and conversation. With all the people- it never felt crowded. Lots of gaming tables to play cards and games. We saw bears! The view was nice especially the lights from the other cabins dotting the mountainside Living room was large Lots and lots of chairs throughout the whole cabin Bathrooms were large and comfortable. Lots of room to get ready but we did flip a breaker. Beds were comfortable Chess set was a hit Ping pong table, poker set, kids toys were favorites Lots of blankets and other small touches to make the visit more comfortable -i appreciated the high locks at the tops of the doors for the pool area -the blinds in our room we almost black out so it would get really dark in there Cons: outdoor game area was damaged due to storms or previous renters. The solar lights didn't work so you couldn't use it. There were balls scattered throughout the area and Gatorade bottles. -the pool was smaller than other cabins and too cold for me but the kids liked it. Wish we had a brought a speaker for music. -theater was small, only held like 6 ppl -other things were broken like a recliner, pool table, sauna, lower level fire pit that were just overall disappointing for the price we paid

This is a great vacation home if your goal is to be together. The little kids were living their best lives from pool to movies to climbing up and down the stairs! The adults were happy to have no place we had to be ! Best birthday gift this mom and Gomma could ask for!

I would definitely stay here again. The views, location and comfort of the cabin was everything our group wanted and more!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Pawnderosa. Great views from the multiple decks and propane fireplaces to keep us comfortable outside. Plenty of space for everyone to not feel crowded and so much to do nobody wanted to leave. We had a rainy Saturday in complete with a sighting of a family of 4 bears. Glad we followed the instruction not to leave food in our cars as that was exactly what they were looking for and found in the bed of the truck at the cabin across the street! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking in and provided more than enough seating for all 12 of us. We utilized the hot tub, pool, and sauna as well as the theater room for gaming. We would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay! We booked this as a Christmas gift for our large family. Everyone enjoyed our daily visit from the momma bear and her cubs. The view is spectacular. Lots of space for our family to spread out. The only negative was that there were no tissues and the kitchen lacked some essentials like measuring cups, a pitcher and baking sheets. We hope to book again in the future!

We have been going to the Smokey Mountains for 8 straight years and this is by far the best cabin we have been to. Will be booking again for years to come. Very clean and has everything you could ever need. The host is extremely organized and quick to respond. 10/10

Great place to stay. Lots of room for everyone with plenty of fun things to do. Had a nice visit from family of bears. Kids loved this! Only thing we didn’t have or couldn’t find was potholders to her things out of the oven!🤣

Wow! From the moment you walk in. Spacious, clean and all the windows to the beautiful view was amazing. Family enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the family of bears that would visit every morning, so cute. We will definitely be back!!

I came down here with some of my friends and family for my bachelorette party! We had a BLAST!! We saw bears everyday and the view is amazing!! This cabin has just about everything you could think of. My family and I are going to start a new tradition of coming down here to this specific cabin every year because we enjoyed it so much 😁. We had one run in with nature/wildlife (haha) and the host answered her phone immediately to help out!! Highly recommend staying here!!!!

The host had almost immediate response time, for the things we needed a little adjustment on. But we all were very happy with the outcome, we enjoyed the 8 hr trip it was well worth every penny!! We will be back again!

Comfortable beds, beautiful views, great getaway for our family.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was very new and we were one of the first to stay here. There was plenty of parking for all of our vehicles-we had 7 vehicles. The beds were extremely comfortable. Something to note is that all but two rooms (one king and one twin) share beds. So several couples had to share a room and all rooms shared a bathroom. That wasn’t a problem for our group because we were all friends and family but just wanted to note it if the group you have isn’t comfortable sharing space. The main level and upstairs loft had some trouble keeping up with the AC during the day but at night it was nice and cool. The ping pong table was a huge hit for everyone-young kids all the way to the adults. It was played constantly. Also the theater room was a nice getaway for anyone looking for some quiet time. Everything worked perfectly to watch pretty much anything. Kids had a blast swimming in the indoor pool and playing all the games down below. There was absolutely no complaints about being bored. Had a couple of issues trying to figure out how to get the Netflix accounts that were logged in already changed over to English. They were all in Spanish—but we eventually got it figured out to log out and into our own accounts. The host was extremely responsive and handled all if our needs and questions right away! We stayed over 4th of July weekend. We were able to see a few fireworks from the back porch but the view to watch pigeon forge or Gatlinburg show was blocked but we knew that already by asking the host. You are extremely close to both areas. Right at the bottom of the mountain is the free trolley that runs you back and forth to both Gatlinburg and pigeon forge every 20 minutes which is convenient if you don’t want to drive. Overall this home was absolutely stunning! I would recommend!

We had a great family vacation at this cabin. The indoor pool that opened to deck was exactly what our family needed. The movie room was another great room to get away from the chaos of family :) The check in was a breeze and the owner was very responsive when we had a question. The only downfall for our family with 2 kids under 1, was bath time without a tub but made due with the kitchen sink

Let me start by saying property was amazing location, amenities, we had 7 kids with us and they had a blast, our family was able to do everything we planned from doing cookouts, to having spa days, the host was amazing on communication and making sure we had everything we need. Literally they have everything you NEED. The sunsets are wonderful the sunrise even better. One of the best locations we stayed at. Ohh also enjoy the wild life you will encounter bears which is a must sight seen. Thank you Paola for having us we will return
