The home was in a quiet neighborhood and was just perfect for our family of four. It was clean, well stocked and super comfortable. We did have the pool heated which was a great choice (it would have been too cold). The property manager was helpful and attentive when we had questions or needed something (I think we had one small issue with the pool net - no big items at all). This home is definitely in my favorites for my next trip to Phoenix.

This Chandler home exceeded expectations with its outstanding features, highlighted by a heated pool that added a delightful touch to the stay. The experience was fantastic, providing a warm and enjoyable atmosphere throughout. A highly recommended choice for a memorable getaway.

Overall great place! We thought it was missing a few basic items (pool skimmer + trash bags), but these weren't a big enough deal for us to reach out about, or be too concerned about. Loved it overall! Incredible outdoor space, and loved the open indoor space. We're in the Chandler/Gilbert area semi-regularly and would book this place when we come back!

Pool cleaning device didn’t work. Ad said that the water in the pool was heated after May first. Not true. Second bed room foot frame broken. My wife cut her leg on it. Bath faucet leaked in second bath leaked all over counter. Vanity drawer was broken in that bath. Frying pan so warped it wouldn’t sit flat on stove. Problems make house way over priced.

My family had a wonderful stay. The home, pool and yard were so nice! Our dog loved to run free in the fences in backyard and really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, where there ate plenty of sidewalks and parks.
We are so grateful for being able to stay in this extraordinary home and would highly recommend it!

Loved this house! The heated pool was a hit with everyone. The home is fully modern, well laid out and the patio area is phenomenal. If available, will always try to rent this home when staying in Phoenix. Definitely the best home we have rented in the Phoenix area!

We sold our house very nearby. We had a gap week until our new house was done. This house was perfect as advertised. You can tell it has been recently remodeled inside. Everything seems new. It was a very comfortable stay for my family and dog. There is a perfect doggy door that leads to side yard next to garbage cans. Very easy clean up. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to be in the East Chandler/West Gilbert area.

We had a great stay! The house was clean and spacious, it had everything we needed for a long weekend. Super close to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants. The pool was refreshing, and the backyard was great for bbqing and hanging out. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Would definitely book this house again!

Our Limbo House

Great place! The only reason I didn't give a 5 star review is because our garage door opener didn't work (nor the keyless on the garage door) and management wasn't able to resolve this during our stay. We parked outside...not a big deal! Our other comment is the pool lounge chairs do not allow you to lay on your stomach, which to us, was a big bummer when we wanted to flip over. Again, not a deal breaker. We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect and the pool was beautiful! Would stay again.

There were a few hang-ups in our stay here, but Stephanie worked with us to make our stay great. We would stay here again. The kids loved the heated pool and backyard area.
