Property was clean and as described with all of the beach gear that we needed to spend long days on the beach comfortably. Host was extremely responsive and provided suggestions on dining as well. Great location to beach, restaurants and entertainment.

This was our first family trip to Florida. The house was great, had everything we needed. Just a short walk to the beach and close to the restaurants and shops. Had a wonderful time and wasn’t ready to come home!

Me and my family had a great time here. Close to the beach, food and fun. It was so nice to have a wagon and everything you need for the beach. Check in and out was so simple.

We had a wonderful long weekend, and we’re so happy with the location, layout, cleanliness, and amenities at the house. We would definitely rent here again if we’re in the area!

My family and I stayed for an extended weekend in the house and had a wonderful time. The location is excellent for both proximity to the beach and to John’s pass. The beach is secluded enough that we never struggled to find space to set up. Some amenities we really enjoyed besides the location and beach access were plentiful beach supplies, a well equipped kitchen, and an attractive, fun, and accommodating outdoor space with plentiful chairs and the tiki bar.
While we enjoyed our time greatly, I do think some areas can be improved. The floors were sticky and I did find children’s handprints on glass surfaces while we were there (all in our party were adults). The house itself is strongly musty and my belongings still smell like it. There is only one set of keys to lock/unlock the house instead of a keypad/keyless entry, which would have been much preferred for allowing folks to come and go as they please. I also knew that there is one bathroom outside, however it wasn’t made clear that it is not easily inaccessible from the inside of the house, particularly from the back bedrooms, thus rendering it only useful for showering/relief when you were on the beach. One of my goals in renting a 3/3 was not to have to share a bathroom with my sister and BIL and this was not the case.
All in all we had a great time and we’d come back to stay again.

This home has great charm and is perfect if you want to be close to the beach. They had pretty much EVERYTHING you need to enjoy the beach. Umbrella, chairs, a buggy to carry everything. This home made me want to buy a property here. The beach was clean and not too many people like other areas, with a very short one minute walk to the sand. It was sooo perfect and peaceful. Book this home you won’t regret it!

The house was exactly as pictured, clean, relaxing and fun. We all loved the bar outside! The home had a big family dining table that we all fit nicely around. The beach was just around the corner, Very short walk and so easy to access. Extremely happy with our family adventure and would love to go back and stay again!

For the past 4 years my college girlfriends and I have visited the Gulf Coast and this was one of the best stocked and homes we have stayed in. Location and amenities we all fantastic.

My wife and I booked this stay to celebrate a life accomplishment and share it with close family. The property was close to the beach, accommodated the number of family joining us, comfortable, well stocked with beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, kitchen necessities…everything we needed! The property owner was in touch for check in and ensured all was good for us. The parking was great as was the outdoor amenities like the tiki bar and outdoor shower. The sleeping accommodations were nicely appointed. To keep it honest, the mattresses were harder than we all were used to. The kitchen utensils and appliances seemed quite modern as did the washer and dryer. Great way to celebrate and spend time at beautiful Madeira Beach.

Annually, us girlfriends try to find a beach house to rent. This has been our best rental to date! It was clean with nice furniture and all the amenities a kitchen can offer. Beds were firm but comfortable with nice linens and pillows. The beach wagon was a super helpful . The space was perfect for 6 of us!

This home was everything it said it was, and then some. The entire property from the deck and tiki bar outside to the fresh and light filled inside was spotless. We were there for three nights. Four minute walk to John’s pass. Two minute walk to beach (750ft.). Great communication with host and very well equipped inside. Planning to return with adult children to visit family in St. Pete. Thank you for a lovely get away.

The house was very spacious and clean, the owner thought of everything for the beach - wagon, chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. The short walk to beach was just that - short! Great stay and we would stay again!!

Perfect location and the house came with (more than) everything we needed! Six adults (three sisters plus significant others) and we had plenty of space (bedrooms, bathrooms, etc). And the Tiki Hut bar was fantastic! Host was very responsive. Walking distance (10 minutes) to John’s Pass (shopping, restaurants, bars).. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a great time in Madeira Beach. The house was fine except the day of check in we were told if we used the grill there would be an extra charge - I felt this should have disclosed in the listing or at booking. Also, this property has no view of the beach. It is a short walk - but there is a fence all around the property keeping you fully enclosed. Back yard Tiki Bar was a hit.

We stayed for the entire month of February and had a wonderful time. The place feels very homey and the location is fantastic. We walked to John’s Pass many times. The beach access was easy and there is everything there you could want for a fun day on the sand and water.
The owner is great to work with and was quick to answer any questions. Highly recommend this property!

Everything about this beach house was wonderful. It is so cute and the location is perfect for an easy vacation. The weather wasn’t great during our stay, but it didn’t matter. We could be on the beautiful beach in a minute or we could walk down to John’s Pass for shopping and restaurants. Sitting at the back porch tiki bar was something we did everyday too.
The house has EVERYTHING you could possibly need and the host responded to any questions immediately. This is a great place to book a carefree family vacation.

Everything was easy from booking to check-in to checkout. The host was very accessible. Everything was wonderful! Very clean! Close to everything we wanted to do from restaurants to shopping. The Tiki bar was a hit with everyone!

We stayed 5 days with our adult children. Separate rooms and bathrooms gave us all ample space. Property was exceptionally clean, steps from beach. Lots of beach gear so we didn’t need to bring any. Anything we needed was right on site. Check in and check out were a breeze. We loved the close beach access, walking distance to Johns Pass. Would definitely stay again!

6 of us ladies stayed at this property and it was fabulous. We had everything we needed to enjoy the visit. The property contact was very responsive and helped with all my questions and concerns. The trolley that was nearby, allowed us to use public transportation to get around.
The house was very clean and the check in and out was easy. We spent a lot of time in the evenings around the Tiki Bar on the back deck. The host provided beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, bags to carry things, etc.. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

We had an absolutely amazing time. The property location is absolutely perfect. We were able to spend time on the beach as well as a quick walk down to all the stores on the waterfront. During our stay we saw sea turtles, hatching, manatees in the ocean and several dolphin sightings White an amazing time we had the property was very clean and relaxing. We would absolutely do this again.

So many great things about this property: you're close to the beach but tucked away with privacy, the outdoor shower in the backyard to rinse off the sand, comfortable living spaces, washer / dryer. We loved our time in Florida!

We had a great time at this house. The proximity to the beach is key, and it is in a spot where the beach was never crowded (and we were there on a holiday weekend!)
The house is fantastic! Very clean with everything you need for a week at the beach. The kitchen is well-equipped. We loved the deck. While in town for a wedding, we were able to have a few friends drop by for a drink at the tiki bar. I would definitely stay again!!

Short walk to the beach not far from Jon’s pass. It’s a tight fit for a full size truck and we could’ve used a couple more trash bags to take out trash. I’m not complaining just suggestions

The best host and exceptional stay! We stayed (6 adults) for 4 nights and we had one of the best times we’ve had for our family vacation. The place has everything you can think of and the only thing you need to bring are your clothes and toiletries. It has a beach wagon, a tent, beach chairs, toys, and beach towels for the beach. The house was immaculate and super clean. The beach is literally only a min walk behind the property. Location was the best since everything was nearby (walk and drive)
