I was in Bozeman for four weeks to decide if I wanted to move there. I tried everything I could - restaurants, coffee shops, local theatre and looked for houses, condos. This was well located for that task!

A very well furnished, equipped and clean apartment in a nice neighbourhood. We were very happy with our stay.

This was the perfect place for me and my pup. Just steps away from a walking path and pond, it was really easy for morning walks and potty breaks. The apartment itself is well appointed and nicely decorated. Bed is comfy and the morning light is beautiful. Will definitely stay here again.

My family stayed for two nights and loved exploring Bozeman. This was the perfect location -- close to town but a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Property was very clean and had plenty of space. Full amenities including a laundry room. Very convenient to get to town and restaurants.

This is a well maintained one bedroom rental with warm atmosphere. The bed was so comfortable, and the living space bright and inviting. A kitchen that met our every need. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Bozeman.

My experience with this property was positive in many ways. The apartment is very comfortable. It has everything you need, and there was a good amount of space, even for 4 people (I stayed here with my 3 kids). The living room has A/C, but the back bedroom does not. However, with the fan on and the window open the bedroom was very comfortable at night, even in July. We did not have any issues with the TV as others had mentioned. The location is nice: Walking distance to a small lake and playground, and the neighborhood is quiet. Both check in and check out were very easy and I appreciated that the owners let us check in an hour early. On the "room for improvement" side, it would have been nice to know in advance of our stay that there is an issue with the circuit breaker that sometimes makes some of the power in the kitchen go out without warning. There was a note about it on the side of the fridge which I didn't see until after the fact since it was an inconspicuous place. As I understood it from the owner, this is a problem with the city and not the property, and a quick reset (which the owner has to do) fixes the problem on the spot. Apparently we were the first renters (of these owners) that this happened to and some of the food we had in the fridge and freezer went bad because of it. (It happened while we were out for the day.) I alerted Daryl as soon as I noticed and he got there about an hour later to reset the circuit which got the fridge powered back on. If this was disclosed in advance, I could have better planned for food storage in the fridge. And lastly, while the place itself was very nice, my experience in booking it was suboptimal. I booked it in February, 5.5 months in advance of my July stay, and got a great rate. Then in May the property was sold to the current owners who took over the rentals and raised the price considerably. I asked for the original rate to be honored, and they came down enough to 'meet me in the middle.' I felt like I was stuck at that point since there was limited availability elsewhere in the area for my dates, and I didn't really have any other choice but to take the raised rate. I reached out to VRBO at the time to ask if they would refund me the difference, but never heard back. Very frustrating and disappointing. Overall, this was a well appointed property that served my family's needs and allowed us to enjoy a wonderful time together in Bozeman and nearby Yellowstone.

The property was a delight to stay at. Comfortable sleeping, easy to check in, and such a cute place. It worked wonderfully for my family of 4, and we will definitely book again next time we find ourselves in Bozeman.

This was about 10 minutes from everywhere we needed to be. Great walking trails. Very nice and quiet neighborhood.

Stayed here while bringing our student to MSU for orientation. It was conveniently located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The unit itself is beautiful - everything in pristine condition. We didn't use the kitchen but it appeared to be well-appointed. Comfortable beds - both the king and the pull-out couch. The biggest bummer for us is that the televisions did not work the entire time we were staying as they are smart TV's and the wifi was not working. In communicating with the owners initially upon booking this reservation, responses were quick. While staying at the property and trying to communicate, there were long lapses in responses (we were informed owners were out of the country and time change was at play) and only communication was through the vrbo app. All other vrbo rentals we've used elsewhere have had step-by-step instructions for the televisions available for guests. As well, every owner has provided a cell phone number at the time of check in for immediate needs/communication. We realize Waters Street owners are new to renting so these would be two small friendly suggestions moving forward. All in all, the experience was a positive one and we would recommend.

We had a short stay in Bozeman. Guest house was everything we expected and more. Clean, comfortable beds, easy access to the sites we wanted to see. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed this stay. Perfect floor plan. The kitchen is well stock with the proper kitchen utensils. The o my mi us was the shower, not enough pressure and the refrigerator was a bit noisy. It’s very close to stores and supermarket. You will enjoy staying here.

Nice place, close proximity to everything.

The property was just fine for our stay. The only problem was that the TV’s did not work for us. We called the property owner, He came over said they had recently changed provider, made adjustments. We were unable to use the TV’s for the length of our stay.

Our stay was wonderful. Great location, clean property, friendly hosts.
