We had a great stay at the farm house! We ended up being a group of 7 but the house would have accommodated more of us with no issue! The house was easy to find and the alpaca were the cutest neighbors! We were seriously impressed by the water heater when we took 7 consecutive showers and the water was still hot! Took us a little longer than we’d want to admit that we needed to crack a window for the swamp cooler but once we did we were set. Had a great time and really appreciate the stay we had.

This was a beautiful place for our group of friends to enjoy a weekend in Palisade!

Our girls weekend was incredible! This place offered so much space for our group of 9 and was close to all the things we wanted to do. We ended up paddle boarding, wine bike touring, and trying out Devil’s Kitchen. Would highly recommend this stay for the location and unique fun of the animals out in the back. The host was also very responsive to our questions.

Beautiful home with beautiful views Nice comfortable beds..

We rented two houses in the property for Thanksgiving. The farmhouse and the vineyard. We had a fantastic time. The homes were so well equipped for all of our needs. The kitchens were full of all that we needed, plenty of small appliances and serving dishes. The homes are beautifully decorated and our family made great memories. The hosts were very accommodating and attentive when we had questions. The view of the llamas out the windows was a fun thing for all our kids. Beautiful property and a wonderful time. I can’t say enough good things about the homes.

We had a great stay with plenty of room for our family, enjoyed the outside setting with the fire pit, the kids loved the Alpacas, nice roomy kitchen and dining area, easy access to GJ and surrounding GV area. And the price fit our budget. We would stay again.

Everything was good except a couple things usually a rentals we stay at have a washer and dryer bit this one didn't and that was a big negative to us being that we were there for 6 days another thing was the house had a swamp cooler systems in the house and i had a family member that gets sick with those we also found 2 scorpions in the house but the overall was an ok stay we also could never log in into the Wifi during the stay
