Nice location in La Veta. Had what I needed for one night prior to playing golf.

It fit my needs perctly. Room to park my moving van. Lots of yard for my 2 dogs. Quite with nice views.

My teenage daughter and I stopped over for a night on our way through the area and this was a perfect place for us to spend a quiet, peaceful and comfortable night. What a beautiful setting!

Clean friendly convenient location

Just as pictured and lots of little personal touches, like Keurig coffee & tea pods, breakfast muffins, instant oatmeal. Small, but plenty of room for 2 for a couple of days. Hosts are very responsive and although they are right next door, we didn't hear a thing - very quiet neighborhood and nice for evening walks to nearby town lake. Easy access to Cuchara area/Blue Lake or Lathrop State Park for fishing & fall leaf peeping. Enjoyable stay!

This property was perfect for me & my husband. It had easy access & parking. The location and accommodations were very quiet & private. It’s a perfect, affordable stay and so much more comfortable than a hotel. Since we were only there overnight, we didn’t use the kitchen; however, it was stocked with everything that anyone would need. It was decorated so nicely! We would be use this property again.

This rental suited our needs perfectly. A well kept, comfortable MIL suite complete with coffee and a muffin for the next morning. We enjoyed the walk to town and back and the Celtic festival. We will be back!

I live not far away, so it was a great get-away for one night, but then I wanted to stay longer! Very cute, great location and the property managers couldn't be kinder. I look forward to going back again!

Clean and close to the center of town

Beautiful place tucked away just a few minutes away from the mountains. Property owners are amazing and even went out of their way to help us tremendously! I will be back and highly recommend this spot to everyone wanting to get away to the mountains. Don’t forget your pup! My dog also gives it 2 paws up and waggling tail!

LaVeta is a hidden gem in the Spanish Peak area and the MIL suite is perfect for 2 guests for a few nights. The views from the unit are beautiful. The host, who lives on site, is very responsive. Good hiking close to the unit. Would stay here again if we are in the area.

The MIL was perfect for my husband and I and our dog. Clean and comfortable. Quick walk into town or around the reservoir and easy day trips for hiking and exploring the area. We would stay here again!

Everything was great. Hosts were VERY attentive and accommodating! We called same day on a holiday week and they were able to get us in in the same day! The house was a little difficult to find but again, the host came to the rescue! We had a little larger group, but we were able to get some much needed rest from a week long overlanding trip through Colorado. Great little place and outstanding hosts!!!

The location and size of the MIL were perfect for our short mountain getaway. Close to town and outdoor recreation while providing quiet, clean accommodations. Access to the grill was icing on the cake. This was second stay for husband, and first for me and our terrier, but I envision more stays in our future!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit was quiet and comfortable with plenty of offstreet parking. The unit had all of the amenities that you need including a keurig. I will definitely rent this place again!

The place is exactly as described. The host is responsive and went above and beyond. The unit is clean and very functional. Walking distance to the reservoir, trail around the reservoir, and Main Street. We will definitely be back!

Out of the way and very quiet - this is a perfect place to explore this part of Colorado

House was easy to find, Very cute and clean inside. The shower water was on the cold side not very warm, We only had 2 towels to use. The Bed was hard as a rock. Not comfortable at all. No oven only a hot plate to warm food. Other then that very quite and clean.

This was our second time staying here. It’s perfect for a couple on a get away. Super close to town. It’s really comfy and stocked with everything you would need for your stay. Owners are awesome and communication is great!

Cozy, clean and comfortable.

We stayed in the MIL suite for an evening on our road trip. It was the perfect size for two adults & a dog. Being able to cast a movie to the TV was a great way to wind down before bed (the memory foam mattress was a little hard in the cool weather - but not awful). We had everything we needed in the apartment. Loved the heater to warm up quickly and plenty of kitchen towels to clean up an overturned dog water bowl. La Veta was beautiful in the day light - what a view! The coffee shop was just around the corner & perfect before getting back on the road. We will for sure be back!

This was a cute house for our vacation. It was comfortable, well-heated, and felt very private. The kitchen is small but very well equipped. Our dog loved the house and the area. There are great trails nearby, and easy driving to nearby hiking. You can even walk to town in just a few minutes. Loved it.

We had a swell time relaxing in the apartment at Keri's place on a big lot in S.E. La Veta, and Cinder, the dog, loved the great size of the property! The ADU is a perfect suite of rooms with a cute, functional kitchen.

We stayed one night with our dogs and had no issues. Close enough to walk into town and I loved the vintage looking mini fridge and microwave. The bed is really firm which may be an issue for some. The MIL worked well for us for an overnight. Thaks!

Very cozy, clean, and welcoming owners. Propery is in excellent condition and so quiet and peaceful. We will be back!
