La struttura è alquanto vecchia e maleodorante .All’ appartamento si accende attraverso un corridoio che sembra un magazzino . La scala molto stretta che si fa fatica a portare le valige ai piani superiori. Il bagno è piccolissimo tanto che non si può quasi sedersi sul wc . Lavandino piccolissimo, da usare solo per lavarsi le mani . Vasca piccola e vecchia . Letto molto scomodo . Unica cosa positiva la posizione centrale della struttura .

This place is not worth it's money. - Everything is old and dirty - we had to search for towels, which are charged for separately. We found them in a stuffy small cupboard in the bathroom. - Towels and linen have a horrible chemical smell which one has to sleep in and use. Rather bring your own. - there is 20cm between the toilet and the opposite wall, one can not use this toilet properly. - there is only a tiny hand-wash basin, no proper basin - hot water is not consistent - old gas geyser - the shower drain doesn't work properly and the shower fills up. - the was only a rest of toilet paper when we arrived. On request per sms, we were told we can buy some at Spar. - the kitchen tap is loose - the heater in the bathroom is a serious fire hazard. It is installed under the ceiling and has obviously previously melted the foam cladding of the ceiling. - on several evenings WiFi and TV stopped around 8pm. We were promised that this will be sorted out but the owners never came back to us on that. - there is no stove as promised in the booking - one of the nights the neighbours below made noise all night, shouting, screaming, scary swearing in the staircase, banging and bashing, loud music. It made us very uneasy. We couldn't sleep, we contacted the owners who told us, that they have no influence over the neighbours. - the building facade, the entrance passage, the staircase are all a total mess. The owners texted us at the end that they have no influence over that. BUT that means that the location is not suitable for holiday guests. - we wanted to deposit our garbage as told. There is a 1 EURO charge. We regretted having booked several nights here, we could not relax and could not enjoy our holidays. On top of everything: the beach of Wenduine was one big construction site while we were there.

According to the low rates of previous guests, we had low expectations for this appartment. We were very suprised of this appartment! The location was very good. The appartment was very nice and clean. Hygiene was very good. Everything was there what we needed. The contact with the owners was very good, they reply very fast on your questions.

It was very close to the ocean and the city center and there was free parking available on the street.

Furniture was super old and not in good shape. The bed's mattress was awfully saggy so we got real back pain. Bathroom was so small one couldn’t even sit on the toilet properly – and we are no tall people ;) place was not cleaned properly. Appartement was way too pricy for what we got. We were very disappointed. Definitely cannot recommend the place, especially for that price.
