The house was excellent! Updated, clean, private backyard, perfect for our family and pet. Great location!!!

I rarely give reviews because they are usually negative. And I hate being publicly negative. We have an adult son that is like a child and uses a wheelchair so we are extremely particular about where we stay. I research for weeks before making a decision. He spends most of his time on the floor, so it HAS to be clean. It’s never clean enough for my standards. This little house is the first place ever that I can say was clean to my standards. And we travel a couple of times per year. This little house is fantastic! It was clean, comfortable, it had everything you could possibly think of that you might need during your stay. It’s a hop, skip and a jump to the beach, pier, gift shops, donuts, ice cream and restaurants. We will most definitely be back. Thank you Eric and Leila for sharing your beautiful home with us!!!

This house exceeded our expectations! It was impeccably clean and newly renovated, with all the comforts of home. It has very comfortable beds and living room furniture, and a modern, well-stocked kitchen. There is a fenced-in yard that was perfect for the pup, with a back patio/sitting area with umbrella and small firepit. The location is fantastic--a short walk to the beach and restaurants (some favorites: Stir It Up, Beachcomber, A1A Burrito Works, Little Margies, Conehead), and a stone's throw to Cafe Eleven--a small but impressive music venue well worth checking out. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions and was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back!

This home was exactly as described. It was very clean and had everything you need. Location was perfect within walking distance to several restaurants, a very quick walk to the beach, and a short drive to St. Augustine. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

My wife and I and our fur baby loved our week. Eric is a great host and makes sure all your needs are met. The house is a very short walk to the beach, yard is secure and private. The house is beautifully done, inside and out. This was our 2nd time here, will definitely come back in the future.

We wanted to visit St. Augustine, but also wanted to appreciate the beach. This house is very close to the beach, just a 5 min. walk. It is also close to St. Augustine, just a 15 min. drive. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is beautiful. Lots of lovely touches and the yard is great for dogs. Enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely loved this vacation home and felt so comfortable the moment we walked in. Very secure, keyless entry. Beautiful fenced in yard with two convenient side doors going into the house. The home is very clean including the garage. Comfortable foam mattresses. The renovations and decor are so pretty. The host, Eric, lives close by and easy to reach if you need anything. You honestly don’t need to bring anything expect your clothes. He’s thought of everything to make this your home away from home. Thank you, Eric! We’ll be back.

This was an amazing vacation, everything you would need or want was in walking distance in the small beach town and the house was perfect for us traveling with our small dog with the fenced in backyard. The host was also great to work with we didn't have any issues but we did contact the host and moved the dates that we was to arrive and leave and he accommodated our needs, very clean and neat you won't be disappointed.

Impressive! Amazed when we walked into the house as was spacious and immaculate. A bottle of wine welcomed us after a long day’s drive. Kind owner! Anything you could possibly need for the beach was there too. Such a short walking distance to the beach. Loved that we could walk to restaurants and shops but could also safely ride our bikes. Wished we could have stayed longer. Want to return to this cozy beach house!

The house is just perfect. Every little thing you could need, or even want, is there. The attention to detail for meeting the needs of guests makes me think that the property owner had a successful career in hospitality (or is just an incredibly thoughtful and hospitable person!). We did not indicate that it was our 18th wedding anniversary but nonetheless, a nice bottle of wine greeted us upon arrival. We loved our time there. We have stayed in other rentals each year on St Augustine beach but this is the best we have stayed in regardless of location! Perfect place to relax and our dog loved the fenced in back yard too. Easy to walk to restaurants and the beach is across the street. We will return next year.

Our weekend at the beach was nice and the house was just right. Eric’s attention to detail was appreciated; the house was super clean and furnished with what we needed for our stay. We especially liked the front and back sitting areas where we could hang out in the early morning or after the extreme heat of the day. The beach was a short walk, as were many restaurants. Thank you for such a neat little home away from home.

First time staying in st augustine beach. There were four adults and this little beach house is just as described. The house is absolutely adorable and had everything we needed. The owner, Eric was great, calling us on the day of our arrival and allowed us a late check out. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials we needed….there was a keurig as well as regular coffeemaker which was nice. It was just a short walk to the beach and the beach was great! It wasn’t overly crowded and we were within walking distance to a few restaurants. Hoping we can come back next year!

The house had everything needed from towels, beach gear and even spices! Lovely back yard and short walk to the beach and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and friendly people! Will rent again!

Hands down the nicest vacation rental we’ve had. The location is perfect, short walk to the beach, tons of places to eat. The house is lovely and fully stocked. The yard is great with gas and charcoal grills, and a nice hammock! All anyone needs to spend the day at the beach is there. They have bikes, a wagon to carry the boogie boards, and beach towels. Eric is easy to get in touch with and genuinely wants you to have the best experience. Can’t wait to stay again! 10 stars!!

This house is one of our favorites. Steps from the beach and several restaurants within walking distance. The house has everything you need for you and your family to relax and enjoy your stay. Chairs, wagon everything needed for a great day at the beach!

My husband and I flew down here for a long weekend to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. The house was super nice and clean, only a few minutes from the beach and close to restuatants and shops. The house included 2 adult bikes, which we used to bike one day to Anastasia park and mini golf. The backyard was great for hanging out and included a grill and large umbrella if wanted some shade. The owner was very nice and responsive.

The property was perfect. It was very well-maintained, clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Eric was wonderful to work with, we will be back. Close to beach, restaurants, quiet, safe and would recommend.

This was a perfect house for our stay with our adult kids. Great location, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Eric was a very responsive host, and was very helpful answering any questions we had. The house is well equipped with plenty of beach gear and a couple of bikes for cruising. The back yard was very convenient for letting our pup out. Great patio out back with a large umbrella for shade. We hope to return for another stay.

We had a great week with our family and small dog. Everything was clean and easy to use. Great location and house!!

We loved staying in this sweet little cottage in a perfect location. It’s spotless and beautifully appointed. The hosts thought of everything from beach umbrellas to coffee for our first morning. We had an issue with the hot water heater that nobody could have predicted, and Eric had someone there to fix it before our next shower. I almost hate to say how nice it is because it will be harder to rent!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed for a relaxing beach week with our pup. Highly recommend!

We stayed for two weeks. Eric is very easy to communicate with. The house was perfect for my husband, doggie, and myself. It is more than adequately stocked plus labels around the house save you time. There is a beautiful fenced in backyard with barbecues, hammock and a fire pit, which we didn’t use unfortunately The beach was a .2m quick walk across a1a Beach rd. The TV has you tube TV with all the stations including Netflix and Amazon prime. There are 3 beach chairs and a beach wagon. All the appliances worked real well. I appreciated them having a Keurig We would definitely stay again if we visit the area. The only thing I would recommend is a grab bar in the shower for those of us of a certain age 😃 So loved our stay!!

Eric’s place was fantastic. The location hit all the marks - a block from the beach, a few blocks from several great restaurants, and close driving distance to downtown St Aug. The house had bikes, a beach cart, grill, fire pit, and a number of other awesome amenities. As others have said, the house was very clean upon arrival. Also a ton of towels and washer/dryer onsite which was great. We stayed for 3 weeks and had a wonderful experience.

The owners of this rental have thought of everything. The backyard is fully fenced in and very private. Loved the hammock with the view of the palm trees overhead. The beach is only steps away and we enjoyed our mornings with our pup there. Our gracious host Eric was very easy to communicate with. Very nice area.

After 3 years of various rentals in StA Beach, this was by far the best. The location is great, the neighborhood is nice and friendly and the property was immaculate. The inside was clean and bright and well appointed. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Eric made himself available for any questions. He also made us aware of local restaurants and upcoming events - we got to see a rocket launch thanks to Eric! The backyard was as great as the home interior. We enjoyed the grill and also took advantage of the chiminea fire pit and our pup enjoyed a well manicured lawn that even included its own waste bags and garbage container. We took several trips out on the beach bikes - having the bike lock was an extra bonus. We especially enjoyed the convenience of the beach cart that we used to haul chairs and coolers (also provided with the home). Having the washer and dryer was also great. We have only good things to say about our experience with this home and in a nutshell, it had everything that we had hoped for and more!
