This is hands down my favorite rental property I’ve ever stayed at! The house was spotless, and full of comfortable furniture and gorgeous decor. We spent a lot of mornings sitting on the porch appreciating the view! The pool, hot tub, and movie theater were our favorite parts (and the pool is massive!) The beds were also very comfortable. You do have to drive up a pretty intense hill to get to the house (totally worth it) so I recommend trying to leave/arrive while it’s still light out. It was also very easily located to downtown gatlinburg, Dollywood, and multiple hiking spots. We will absolutely be renting again in the future!

Our extended family of 10 loved this location. Beautiful large cabin was private, quiet and relaxing. Family game nights, movies, splashing pool and hot tub - something for everyone. Near by restaurants and activities for teenagers with us. Hiking trails were gorgeous - and we saw bears. This was a great time for our 50th anniversary with sons and grandchildren! Highly recommended!

The cabin was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 5 children. The kiddos thoroughly enjoyed the pool.

It was a great location between Gatlinburg and Pigon Forge Road to the Cabin was a little tricky in the heavy rain. The property was well kept and we even saw a bear from the deck as it walk through the woods below us. The indoor Pool was a plus as it was quit warm and the kids after an afternoon in town could cool off before bed.

Definitely my favorite place we’ve stayed so far. So much room and all the bears!!

Our large family really enjoyed Gatlinburg and all it had to offer. We hiked, went fishing, and dined at local restaurants. We enjoyed mountain coasters and Annakeesta, the indoor pool, and hot tub was perfect. But the pool was a little chilly for very young children. Once the pool temperature was adjusted we were able to enjoy our pool and our stay.

The view of the mountains and watching the bears were amazing. We saw the bears every day and also got to see a baby bear cub. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the movie room. Would definitely stay at this place again.

This cabin was amazing. Enough space for all the people we had and the communication with the host was spectacular. The thermostat for the indoor pool went out and they had someone out there in less than 24 hours to replace it. If I could give this cabin more than five stars I would! We are already planning our next vacation here!

The House was beautiful and spacious and the owner had many things to get you started such as dishwasher pods, garbage bags, and even coffee and filters! The bonus of the indoor pool was a plus as we had our granddaughter with us. The location felt remote yet was equally close to both Gatlinburg and Pidgin Forge with a maybe 10min drive to either. The visitors center is right there at the bottom of the hill with a parking lot and trolly. Very convenient if you don’t want to pay to park downtown. We did see 4 bears on our street on our way home one night! I would stay in this location again-it was absolutely perfect.

We absolutely loved everything about our visit here! We couldn't have asked for anything better! The house is HUGE and super clean. There is a balcony with a great view on each level and there is 3 levels. The cabins are spaced out perfectly so you don't feel like your on top of your neighbors. The first level has a really good size indoor pool and a movie theater and a jacuzzi along with some games and a game system and a washer and adryer. There is a bathroom right next to the pool which is convenient. There is two master suits on the second floor with four bunk beds in another room and a huge room just open for hanging out! The first floor has a living room and dinning room along with kitchen and another master suite. Everyone had their own space and bathrooms which made everything so easy! The best part about the trip was all the wildlife we encountered! A bear came to our back deck and hung out for a long time just rolling around and making fun noises and the kids and I really love d that. Safely of course. What a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back! Our host were on top of it if we needed anything. And it only takes about 10 min to get to everything! Perfeft

Great property, great location! We had such a good time! The property is gorgeous. There isn’t a thing more they could have provided. We were worried about the stairs and the 3 babies under two but a trip to Walmart for a baby gate solved that! The family is already looking at scheduling for next year.

The property was beautiful. I have always wanted a cabin, so at least I was able to live my dream for 4 nights with my whole family. The cabin had plenty of room for all 12 of us. Our son and wife, daughter and husband, and 6 grandchildren ages 12 to 10 months. It was great location to stay to visit Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Dollywood during the day and come back at night and take a swim, enjoy the hottub, or watch a movie. I was pleasantly surprised by how much room the main floor had. With 12 of us we had plenty of space. View was gorgeous and we did see a bear. If it would have been warmer, I would have loved sitting on the deck and just rocking. The only problem we had was the kids not wanting to leave the cabin, or they were always in a hurry to get back and swim. GREAT PLACE!!!

This luxury cabin ontop of a mountain is breathtaking. Very nice-newly constructed with all of the amenities. The view is spectacular. Hot tub, indoor pool, theater room, it has it all. It can easily host 6 adults with 4 children but my gf and I decided to rent the whole cabin to ourselves. Very highly recommended. We plan to rent this exact cabin in the future with gf’s family. They are going to love it as we did.

The cabin was overall a nice place although when we got there we looked around and found some damages on some doors I informed the owner of these damages no response also stains on some of the sheets that they had wrapped up in Dated for us to use other than that the cabin was a nice place but when I got home I get an email about a claim about a damaged door and I took pictures of the door that was damaged and told the owner but now we get a claim so I’m not sure what to say about that

First of all this house is absolutely gorgeous. The pool was a nice size. Theater room was so impressive with comfortable chairs and a great surround sounds. Great large windows with views of the mountains. We had several visits from a bear friend. Do not feed these poor guys (needless to say). It only puts you and them at danger. We saw a total of 6 bears including playful cubs while we drove back to the house. The owners were available for any questions and very polite and helpful. The house has a poker table all you need for a kitchen to cook a great meal. Beds are comfortable. All rooms have their own bathrooms. There's also a hot tub and a grill. I highly recommend this property and thank the owners for opening their doors to us.

Fantastic chalet, in the best location, with easy access to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg! Enjoyed multiple bear sightings from the rear decks of the chalet! 100% agreement from all our group, definitely going back to that spot!

We stayed in this brand new, amazing cabin in June 2022. It is beautifully decorated and had a great view of the mountains. It’s perfect for 3 families with 5-6 kids, plus there’s also sofa beds. Each level had a spacious balcony and the kids loved the pool and movie room. It was stocked with everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen, and had nice linens and multiple cozy blankets on each level. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend! (The road to access the cabin is steep and you would need AWD or 4x4 or chains in wintery conditions.)
