Beautiful, clean and spacious condo.Management provided detailed information about checking in, how to reach them, and checking out. Communication was available through text, and responses were quick. Building was somewhat isolated which made it quiet, -Might be a little far for some to walk to the center of town. Perfect for a family (We had 3 generations and each had their own private bed and bath area), or 3 couples.

Loved staying in this property - it was so clean and spacious! We definitely would stay here again!

We were supposed to receive an email with check-in instructions, and when we arrived we had not received that email. Instead, we received an email with our receipt attached. We then called the office and received the after hours answering service. They paged the on-call person who informed them that they were no longer on-call and could not help. So we were sitting in front of our rental with no way to get in. The property manager was really snippy in a text message to me because she thought she had already sent the instructions. When I asked her to resend the instructions because I had not received them, she replied I should check my junk folder. I did, of course, before I even reached out. Other than the horrible management response, and lack of access to them, the property was great.

This was a very nice place to stay. It was very clean, had plenty of space and was very close to Gruene. We did walk to town to go eat.Stephanie at New Braunfels Escapes answered every question asked of her in a timely and considerate matter. She did an awesome job! I would highly recommend staying at any one of their places.

We had a great weekend. This rental was exactly as advertised. FYI...it has a regular coffee maker and a Keurig so bring your K cups if that’s what you like.

This property was perfect for our get together. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths is a must for 6 people and there’s was plenty of space for everyone. Very clean and cozy. Great location to town but not too close to hear all the noise.

the location we stayed at was great - we had access to all sorts of fun activities - pool, cute and fun shops, comal & guadalupe river. Wish we had more time to explore, but overall was a great time. We stay there again if we are in the area again. Only downfall was the condo was on the upper level. Would request a lower condo for easier access with little kids.

Excellent option for a larger family or up to 3 couples. Very clean and modern. King sized beds in the two master suites were very comfortable. It’s down the hill from downtown Gruene so unless your comfortable walking up/down the hill, recommend renting a golf cart. Also short walk to the river and tube rentals.

The property was great! However, it is advertised as walking distance to Gruene Hall. Technically this is true. However, the walking route has no sidewalks or other separation from the busy roadway, making it unsafe for small children or older adults to walk along most of the route. We had to drive and find parking each time we went to Gruene.

These resorts are very nice and conveniently placed close to downtown Gruene and the river. I held my wedding at the event center across the parking lot and many of the guests staid at the resort. They absolutely loved their stay too and want to come back.

True to the amount of people it would sleep. The wi-fi unfortunately wasn’t fully available during our stay, but the positives outweighed. We wanted to extend our stay, but there wasn’t any vacancies. Definitely, will be staying again in the future!

There were not enough plates to accommodate our party of 8 and the toaster did not work. The dishwasher was hard to turn on.
