Кваліфікований персонал. Сніданок різноманітний та смачний. Тихі та затишні номери, не зважаючи на те, що готель знаходиться біля гучної автомагістралі.

Подушки дуже незручні. Був дуже незручний заїзд. Немає повідомлення при бронюванні про шлагбаум для підʼїзду до входу у готель.

Good beds and shower Reasonably okay location

Few terrible things: 1. Paid parking lot! OK, to have underground parking for pay BUT parking at the back yard 60 meters away for money! This is crazy! 2. Overpriced breakfast that was not asked to be either prepaid or mentioned on the page of the hotel on booking. So you show up with your family and listen to the fact that nobody told you that it's for money. 3. Some monkey business with the minibar. I drove 500km away from the hotel when I received a message that I shall pay 55PLN because of the minibar that I never used. Not even a single question about what room is under investigation, I had reserved two. Guys. When you charge 90USD for a hotel, you shall better treat your guests!!!

The room and bathroom were as expected.

Value was poor. Location poor. Sauna had naked men so I had to avoid using the sauna which was the only extra perk. I attempted to go three times and naked men were there each time. As a woman this is not an environment I want to be in. Extremely uncomfortable. Awful and rude management. Stayed for several nights and the lights to our room in the hallway were never fixed even after calling about the issue several times. I couldn’t even see the room number on the door without using my phone light. Attached is a picture of the hallway to my room facing the main hallway.

I have to say that we were few times in this hotel already. We were very satisfied with hotel design, room size and delicious breakfast before. That’s also the reason why you can find my previous great reviews on this hotel. However, I feel like something changed here and that’s why we will choose another hotel for our next stay in Wroclaw.

Hotel was overpriced this time for us and quality did’t meet our expectations. We received room 404 which definitely need a little bit more attention. Room card holder and also door handle were loosen. Toilet was dirty. From my opinion shower gel/shampoo was too diluted and I felt like I use very cheap product. My biggest disappointment was that most of tables during breakfast were dirty. Nobody was able to clean all the tables when guests left the breakfast room. It was hard to find a clean table and it was digusting to eat when all dirty tables were around us. We had not the same experience before and this was the biggest disappointment this time.

Eine sehr schöne, moderne.saubere Hotel. Frühstück wahr sehr gut. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für durch Reisende, sehr praktisch. Das Hotel liegt in kurzer Entfernung von Autobahn.

I recently stayed at a hotel that exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The high standards were evident from the moment I entered, with a fresh and captivating interior that added a touch of modern elegance. The service was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The interior design throughout the hotel was not only good but truly exceptional, creating a pleasant and memorable atmosphere. Overall, a top-notch experience that I would highly recommend to others.

While some may appreciate the soft mattresses, they were not to my liking, lacking the firmness I prefer. Additionally, the high parking ticket price was an unexpected and unwelcome surprise, affecting the overall cost of my visit, taking into account the fact that you had to park in an outdoor parking lot, not in the underground one. Apart from these aspects, the stay was of a really high standard.

Am Abend unsere Anreise fand eine riesige Weihnachtsfeier im Hotel statt und es war sehr laut.

Hotel business in area industriale fuori città, nuovo e confortevole con personale cordiale. Adatto per una comoda sosta in un viaggio di lavoro.

La posizione fuori città si adatta difficilmente ad un viaggio per turismo.

Great breakfast. Really impressive quality and variety.

There were two office Christmas parties on the night we stayed. The staff tried to put us in a room away from the parties, but the music and the noise still kept us awake until 03:00. A shame as the hotel was otherwise good. And the staff did give us a free breakfast in recognition of the lateness of noise.

Hotel na doskonałym poziomie. Mimo tego, że umiejscowiony przy ruchliwej trasie nie odczuwa się dyskomfortu. Okna świetnie wyciszone. Poprosiliśmy na widok wewnętrzny, więc nawet przy otwarciu okna w nocy nie słyszeliśmy hałasu. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje kuchnia, która zachwyca najbardziej wybredne podniebienia. Mieszkaliśmy w wielu hotelach na wysokim poziomie, ale przyznam tak wyszukanego podejścia do kwestii produktów i ich jakości nie spotkałam w swych podróżach. Jestem pod wrażeniem niesamowitej różnorodności i wiodącej myśli skupiającej się na zdrowym odżywianiu. Należą się tutaj serdeczne GRATULACJE. Obsługa bardzo sympatyczna i przyjaźnie nastawiona do klienta. Poza tym czyściutko i bardzo miło. Zapewne będziemy serdecznie polecać.

Super urządzony i niezwykle czysty hotel. Pokoje przestronne i komfortowe. Bardzo wygodne łóżka i świetny room service. Bez zawahania zdecydowałbym się na kolejny pobyt w tym obiekcie.

Jedynym minusem jest lokalizacja, która dla osób niezmotoryzowanych może być sporym problemem.
