The pictures do not do this house the justic it deserves. It was so beautiful clean and bigger then what i expected. Plenty of room outside and inside We were there to do a small celebrationof life for my husband and had all our immediate family there . Even the cleaning lady was amazing.We will definitely be renting this house agin next year.

We used this property for a two-day off-site work retreat and it afforded plenty of space for team building and many breakout strategic conversations. Appreciated the open layout and the significant amount of storage as well.

The home was absolutely perfect for our group's special occasion. We had appropriate 40 guests, with 9 staying overnight. The home came equipped with so many useful amenities, more than enough rooms and beds for a large group, and very clean and organized.
The other ladies and I had a blast hosting our retreat in Douglass' amazing wooded home! Mr. Church was a wonderful host, very responsive and super kind. I would definitely recommend this beautiful home to others.

I had a family of 18, each couple had their own rooms and bathrooms weren't far from them. A few single adults shared a room. We really enjoyed our stay and mainly our talks on the porch and in the backyard, enjoying the weather and view. Seating inside and outside is perfect. The house is huge and it was perfect for our group of 18 and a few guests after USNA graudation. We loved the private neighborhood feel and quietness. We slept well. Property owner is very nice and accomodating. He travels outside of the country so might need to allow for a extra few days for a response through VRBO but he provided other contacts if needed during our stay. The water heater did go out and it was fixed next day. Overall our east coast stay was good.

House was in a quiet area. House is enormous, clean, great furniture. Pool is massive, sauna worked perfect. Would definitely come back again!

We rented this property for a weekend get-together with friends in early spring. We found that the property and amenities matched the listing well. The house was clean and well-stocked, as described, and Douglas and his team were very communicative. We did not spend much time outdoors, so I can't speak to the function of the outdoor amenities, but Douglas provided all the necessary information for use of all the house features. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this property and host.

We were so thankful to have found this home away from home to house the family that would travel from near and far for our daughter's wedding. It was a comfortable and cozy place which allowed our family members to relax and visit with family we had not seen in a while. The pellet stove inside and fire pit outside were a welcome perk. The property manager even loaned us a pack and play...another item we didn't have to take on the plane.

The property was perfect for our Alumni Reunion weekend for our class teammates and their spouses. The spaciousness of the property really allowed for us to enjoy each other’s company. The property manager was extremely accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this location to anyone staying in the area, and would absolutely stay here again if given the opportunity!

This house fit our needs and wants perfectly for a family get together. Close to the airport for out of state guests and plenty of parking. We stayed in the winter and did not take advantage of the yard or pool which look like they’d be plenty of fun in the warmer months! Features a super kitchen and eating area.

We stayed at this property for a low key bachelorette weekend and the property was fantastic. Owner is communicative and quick to respond. The pool area is clean and has plenty of space for mid size groups. Lots of room within the home to hangout and have group meals.

Everything was to perfection. The property is as pretty as it looks and the hosts made sure every amenity was taken care of. We were very impressed and very grateful. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Our family vacation was wonderful. We were all able to relax in the pool. We barbecued ate s’mores and just relaxed if we are ever in that area again we would book this home. there was enough room for all of us. we had a nine month old, with four other grandchildren, 10 adults. Thank you for allowing us to make wonderful memories with our family.

For the USNA Ring Dance a group of family & friends wanted a house large enough to accommodate everyone but still close to the Academy. The size was perfect. Loved having a pool and outdoor space. This is the perfect place!
