The breakfast service was the ONLY good experience we had there. Yesenia at the breakfast service was such a sweet and diligent person......a delightful human being. She went the extra mile to make us feel we're having breakfast at a 5 stars restaurant. And the housekeeping department is filled with beautiful people that work extremely hard for the guests. They should be more rewarded.

Since the check-in, we noticed the dishwasher was flooded with stinky water and mold. We notified it right away at the front desk and the chief engineer was present at that moment and the front desk employee informed him to take care of it, which he promised. We stayed for 5 days and it was never fixed until one hour before our checkout time. The door to our room had a serious problem and got stuck at the frame, making an annoying noise every time we got out of the room and we had to push hard the door every time in order to close it properly. The sofa bed mattress is a nightmare (extremely uncomfortable) and didn't had any sheets on; was completely naked. We never got the chance to use the pool because the water was filthy, yellowish and instead of cleaning it, they decide to close it. The main reason for us to stay there was the jacuzzi that they show on their pictures and on the description but we couldn't use it neither because the hotel decided to remove it and cover the hole with a thick layer of concrete. And for the final touch, we charged us doble. At the moment of the checkout, Beyonce asked for my card to charge for everything. I told her I already paid for the stay but she insisted that Booking.com only put a hold on my card and that I needed to pay there for the whole stay, which I did. As soon as we got home, I checked my bank statement and I noticed that 2 weeks prior to the stay, booking.com already charged me for the whole stay. We felt so fooled and like being rob, paying so much for that stay and getting such an awful service that the one day they reimbursed us doesn't cover all the failures they committed against us. First and last time we're going to that hotel.

The pool! Which was closed! The patio was nice

I arrived at 2:30! We had 2 rooms booked! We didn’t get one room till after 4:15pm then the other room after 5:15pm which tv didn’t work and the air conditioning did not work! My grandson was miserable!Plus we couldn’t go to the pool cause it was closed!

Bed was very uncomfortable, pool was locked up, people smoke and the new municipal marijuana smell stinks, and its uncontrollable to the staff which makes it smelly…

Professional staff Entry/Exit near my room. (Mood) lighting all over the room!!! Kitchenette was awesome. Clean. Moveable furniture (dining table/ottoman... just perfect. ======================== I was greeted by a kind young lady upon arrival. She quickly checked me in and handed me my keys to the 3rd floor. She gave me directions and off I went to see my room. As I entered the room, I noticed the television was on, the bed pillow was out of place, and the covers crumpled up, as if someone was napping there. The bathroom door was cracked, and the light was on. I exited the room quickly!!! I returned to the front desk and asked for a new room (on the first floor, as I did not want to keep carrying my laptop bag and overnight bag ( I always over pack).😉 The young lady at the front desk was apologetic and accommodating. My room was switched without incident. I quickly arrived at my first floor room and was pleased. It had everything I needed and more. The only issue was that one of the 3 bathroom lights continued to flicker on and off, similar to a disco light, and the 2nd light was blown out, it appeared. I simply unscrewed the flickering light to avoid vertigo (dizziness). 😁

Entering an occupied room or a room forgotten by housekeeping. Flickering bathroom light. Having to leave to go home. I forgot to ask for a late check out... Zoom meeting! I shall see how well they accommodate my late request.
