The property has great facilities and is very well located for both the village of Samoens and the ski fields. The pool, sauna and steam room were an added bonus and really welcome after a day on the slopes.

The details for the late check-in came through very late on the day of arrival despite emails to ask for these details. Communication from MMV could have been better and reduced the stress of knowing that we would have access when we arrived after a long journey from the UK. We were also charged 30Euro for failing to empty the dishwasher on our departure from the apartment, although we had not been asked to do so as part of check-out procedures. Although I understand that this is part of the group's policy, it would have been better if we had been told this was a requirement of the check-out procedure (we were asked to clean the kitchen only) as this meant that a great holiday was a little spoiled at the end by the withholding of part of our deposit, when we would have easily emptied the dishwasher had this been asked of us.

Ein modern eingerichtetes Haus, mit sehr freundlichen Angestellten. Die Ausstattung lässt wenig Wünsche übrig. Die Lage in der Nähe der Gondelbahn und zum Ort, ist sehr gut, so dass man nicht unbedingt ein Auto benötigt. Schöner Wellnessbereich. Sehr angenehm ist der Brötchen Service. Es gibt einige Ladestationen in der Tiefgarage.

Uns ist aufgefallen, dass der Boden nicht gründlich gereinigt wurde. Wenn man die Reinigungskraft beobachtet, die mit einem Haushaltsstaubsauger sich abmüht den Flur zu reinigen, tut es einem fast leid. Die Parksituation ist nicht besonders gut. Durch die hohen Parkgebühren (15,- Euro) suchen sich die Gäste im Umfeld einen Parkplatz. Leider konnte ich die Ladestation in der Tiefgarage nicht nutzen (Strom bei den Parkgebühren incl.) da mein Model 3 an der Abfahrt leicht aufgesetzt hat und ich keinen Schaden riskieren wollte. Somit wäre eine Ladestation außerhalb der Tiefgarage wünschenswert. Die Parkgebühren sollten überdenkt werden.

Très belle résidence, bien située, avec belle vue sur les montagnes, proche du centre ville, du marché ainsi que du télécabine à pieds Personnel accueillant et sympathique L'accueil de nos animaux de compagnie Ne faisant pas de ski, il y a de très belles balades a faire au bord de la rivière SPA un vrai moment de détente

il faudrait un ménage un peu plus poussé dans les appartements Peu de places de parking proche de la résidence Piscine un peu fraiche

Great location, only 5-10 min walk to gondola. The flat was very clean. The pool and spa are lovely.

No toiletry is provided. Reception closes for a few hours in the middle of the day.

we were checked out and locked out of our apartment mid way through our holiday due to staff / administration error! DEPOSIT NOT RETURNED QUICKLY DESPITE NUMEROUS EMAILS REQUESTIING ITS RETURN

Swimming pool and facilities were excellent. Very clean apartment and very well equipped. We had an excellent stay.
