Beautiful home & property. Easy access to the lake & back in a cove. It was quiet & had the perfect set up for our needs. I would love to come back next summer.

we came up from atlanta for about 4 days just to get away for a bit and it was perfect. we loved the quiet lake cove... so peaceful... the weather didn't work out very well for us so we didn't get too much time on the lake however did get to take the paddle boards out a few times... also hit a few of the local trails (panther creek is about 40 minutes away but well worth it). a dip in the hot tub was fantastic afterwards! my dog loved swimming around in the cove... went over to toccoa a few times. didn't get to check out the waterfall there but it is on the to-do list for next time...definitely check out bells burgers. we had a few lovely dinners outside which was well situated for grilling etc.. anyway a great place for getting together for some quality family time... have precious memories of tossing a line with my son. something we rarely get to do these days... anyway we'll be back! ps and thank you to our gracious hostess :-)

Property was a cute little getaway.

This was our first trip to Lake Hartwell and we truly enjoyed our stay here! We loved having the lake right there in the backyard. All of us used the kayaks and paddle boards and relaxed on the floating dock. We cooked out in the evenings and finished almost everyday in the hot tub with a fire. We also enjoyed a few games of foosball, ring toss, and our family had fun playing the Logo game while eating dinner. We only left the house once to rent a boat for the day. Jill was great at communicating and checked in to see if we needed anything, but we really didn’t. They had thought of everything! Beds were super comfy (better than my sheets at home!), lots of pillows, blankets, kitchen supplies, and towels. Even our dog felt special, as they had toys for her to play with. We would definitely recommend this retreat to friends and family and would love to stay again! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

House was clean Jill was easy to communicate with plenty of room for 9 of us enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards

The house was spotless and exactly as pictured. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was high quality. My kids had a fantastic time on the kayaks and paddle boards, as well as in the hot tub. There were a lot of lovely details like toys and bowls for the dog, fishing rods, plenty of extra towels and pillow, and games to play when it rained. We would definitely stay again!

The space was perfect for the 6 of us to relax and reconnect! Hot tub was perfect on a chilly spring day!

Our group of 4 employees that stayed here had nothing but rave reviews for the house, property, location, and amenities. They found the house included everything they needed to enjoy their stay. Jill was very helpful, communicative and accommodating. We had a very nice family and friend time despite the rain which could not be helped. The paddle boards and kayaks were nice to have handy. Would stay here again and hopefully have sunshine the next time and make more use of the doc, although my son and his friend still fished in the rain. 😃 We had plenty of room to spread out with a couple of different age ranges attending.

I cannot say enough about the wonderful communication with this property owner! Super responsive and super considerate! From ages 12 to 75 and two pups, our group thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful and comfy home. I think the huge "lily pad" was our favorite, but we had a blast on the kayaks and paddleboards too! We had easy access to the nearby boat ramp. We hope to come back and stay longer next time! Thanks so much!

We had an absolutely amazing time at “On the Lake”. The property backs up to the lake with a dock, chairs and lots of toys. The kids loved the big green mat and we all loved the paddle boards and kayaks. The boat ramp was nearby and we could easily access things in town. We would definitely book here again. This is a great house for a family vacation on the lake. The floats were so much fun to play on. Our dog enjoyed this house too. He loved getting rides on the paddle board and kayaks. The outdoor seating area was so comfortable and the view was beautiful!

We had a full house- 2 adults, 8 kids, dog and our boat. Our teenage son had knee surgery a few weeks ago so I was looking for a lake house that didn't have tons of stairs and had a beach entry into the lake. The kids had a blast fishing, swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding. Boat ramp was close by, about 2 miles away.

We had a fabulous time at the lake! Accomodations were comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed it so much we never left to go elsewhere. My only recommendation is that we could have used more pots and pans for cooking. We would highly recommend your property!

Perfectly located on the lake! Our family had plenty of space to enjoy ourselves, whether inside or out on the water. The house came with all the basic amenities but is close enough to town should you need anything. Highly recommend staying here for a relaxed getaway!

Lake house was great and perfect for everything we were looking for. Surprisingly pleasant and calm. The neighborhood is peaceful and the water is clean. If you're looking for a lake house that has everything you need to spend time with the family and kids, look no further! It was great!
