Such a great spot! Walking distance to the beach and quite an amazing view! Super modern updated appliances and decor! Would love to come back!

Perfect getaway in the heart of Laguna Beach. Highly recommended and would stay again.

The apartment is at the top of a hill that is steep.. You drive up it and take a right at the top into an alley that has 4 spots for cars. Walking up and down the road(High Street) is challenging because the incline is steep. At the bottom of the hill is a transit station for free bus service. Download the app for Laguna transit to get real time location of buses. The apartment is best for two because it is small. A bedroom, and a living area with a kitchen. You eat outside on the balcony or at the bar. There is a view of the ocean and at night it is pretty, The neighborhood was quiet. Restaurants nearby we enjoyed were Nicks, South of Nicks, Romeos, Anastasia Urth, and French bakery. The place is clean and has laundry machines in the bedroom. We would come back. Suggestions for improvement would be an information packet with what I wrote-especially the app for bus transport

My husband, dog, and I had a magical month in this oasis in the heart of Laguna Beach. We had a comfortable home with well equipped kitchen and the best was that we could walk everywhere in Laguna. Sarah was a diligent and accessible host who made the process seamless We aim to return!!

Modern, clean apartment that's just the right size for two people. Super comfy bed and nice kitchen. The hill to the apartment is steep! We really enjoyed our stay here.

We had a lovely trip to Laguna Beach and the apartment was great although the parking situation was not great because a neighbor always parked over the lines into the spot meant for us and on a couple of the days during our visit someone had parked in our place. We had to find street parking instead. The hill to walk down to get to town is very steep but you do have awesome views from the apartment of the ocean. If you are not in a position to walk up or down very steep inclines then this may not be the place for you. Or you can drive. Not all the pics were accurate in terms of the set up of the apartment but overall we had a good stay and Sara was a lovely host. Lots of great restaurants and downtown was really close by.

Property is in a perfect location to town. Never needed to move the car once. Wake up to great morning views of the ocean. Quiet location and wonderful outdoor deck. Very comfortable bed, updated bathroom. Updated great kitchen. Easy communications with Sara. Would highly recommend and will definitely come back.

We enjoyed our stay here and walked to town everyday. Never used our car after we arrived. Hill is steep but gives you a good workout!! Walked to town and also up the hill to take in even a bigger view and get more exercise. Also walked over to farmer's market on Saturday. Great views from living room and balcony and bedroom. Bed was very comfortable, too!

We really enjoyed our stay at Saras apartment. Not only was she really easy to communicate with prior to our stay, the apartment was clean, charming and in the most convenient location to walk everywhere. We look forward to staying here again. Thanks again :)

We had a wonderful stay! Location was great, unit was clean (I gave it 4 stars as there was a little bit of an ant problem in the kitchen), and property owner was super responsive and helpful. We didn’t realize how steep of an incline it was to get to the unit. It may be a problem for people with limited mobility if they choose to walk to and from town like we did. Otherwise it’s a great little workout. Close to everything - beach, shops, restaurants, etc. If you bring your dog, it’s a bit tricky trying to find a place to take them out to do their business. We would stay again. We had a great time.

We love the: location, cleanliness, view, fabulous hosts, cleanliness, quiet neighborhood, deck, cleanliness, updated kitchen and bath, beach chairs, lovely bed and linens, and, did I mention how clean it is?

Very nice apartment, very close to downtown. Very few issues we encountered. 1 the entry lock did not work. 2 No detergent for washer and dryer

This property was a perfect location for walking and exploring Laguna from the beach to the various art festivals and downtown. Super clean and comfortable, made for a great stay.

My wife and I, along with our dog, stayed here for a week and loved it. The unit was nicely remodeled, super clean, and a great location. Just a couple blocks from the beach and tons of restaurants and bars. We relaxed on their patio with ocean views every night enjoying some wine. We even had our daughter and son-in-law stay for a couple nights on the pullout sofa. It accommodates 4 people just fine. We can’t wait to book for a longer stay next summer.

Thank you Sara for saving our canceled Mexico trip due to our dog sitter canceled last minute . Had to scramble to find a last minute mini vacation with dogs due to it being my husband’s 60th. The apartment was so clean and the view was beautiful. Pretty easy walk to the beach and all shops and restaurants. Bed was soft and cozy. Sara checked ion us to see how we were. Appreciate that very much. Had a great time. And my little dogs did too. 💕

This place is very cute! Cool techy gadgets throughout. Loved that the TV was right between the kitchen and living room so I could watch while I made dinner or chilling on the couch. Loved the patio and cozy chair. Kitchen essentials made cooking easy and Whole Foods and the beach are both walking distance!! Host was very attentive too. Thank you

The unit has updated amenities and is spotless. Ocean view from the deck, living area, and bedroom. The location is perfect. We did not need a car to enjoy Laguna Beach. We will stay here again. Sara was helpful and checked in to see if we needed anything. Highly recommended!

My wife and I have been to Laguna a few times now for weekend getaways and this is by far the best stay we’ve had. Sara is super responsive and helpful for any requests you have either about the property and your stay or for activities and dining options in the area. The place itself is super clean and well kept and in a very good location(minus the slight hill you have to walk up and down if you decide to). But still by far the best place we’ve stayed in. Highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Laguna.

We had a grate stay at Sara’s Laguna Beach Apt. All communication was easy. Was exactly as listed. Nice relaxing balcony.

Spent a couple nights at this property . Great location although the walk back up the hill from downtown Laguna was strenuous for me (Not my hiking wife). The unit is wonderful. Everything you need for a great stay. Sara was great communicating and with any little thing we needed. The living area was comfortable and the unit has a great kitchen. The balcony was great for morning coffee and the 2 person swing chair was a treat. The bed was extremely comfortable and having a washer/dryer was great, although we didn't;'t need it for a 2 night stay. Check in and out was a breeze. If we were going to Festival of the Arts I don't think you could get closer.

Sara was great to work with right from the beginning. My wife and I had planned a weekend away to Laguna Beach, and when our nanny cancelled and we had to bring our 2 kids, Sara and Sean made sure they were welcome and even brought them another bed to use. The views were amazing, and it was a great stay. Walk to the beach, downtown, restaurants, or really whatever you need. Sara had the fridge stocked and it was so nice to have fresh fruit in the morning after a long night and not having any supplies with us. Sara took care of everything we needed, and if we get back to Laguna, we will rent here again!
