The beach was less crowded, spectacular views, had everything needed for a great weekend. Air was a bit stale/mouldy but nights were cool enough to just let the windows open.

The condo was very small but sufficient for one or two people. The view of the gulf was perfect. The pool was very nice. The bathroom faucet wasn’t working when we arrived. The management company was difficult to contact. The building maintenance person finally came and did the repair. We were surprised to find out that the company the owner uses to manage the bookings/property did not pay VRBO. We had an additional $181.00 charge, to VRBO, in addition to the price per day, taxes, and fees charged by the owner/management company (Vacasa).

A very comfortable little condo -- beach and pool were wonderful, very quiet, nice neighbors, easy parking. The mirrored wall in the photos gave an initial impression of a larger space - so I'm glad we clicked the virtual tour before booking. Would stay again.

Very easy access to beach and had a nice area to relax and rinse off sand outside. Rental unit was also nice.

The unit has a beautiful view of the beach and easy access to it as well as a pool with beach chairs.

Ok property for 2… note no dishwasher, only two burner stove, no oven (has large toaster oven), coin op clothes washer and dryer on same floor Elevator to 3rd floor was nice

We had an amazing time and the condo was beautiful. Just like I read online it was right on the beach you couldn’t have gotten any closer. I would recommend this place to everyone. The only thing which was not a big problem was the toaster oven kept tripping the breaker so we couldn’t use it. besides that we found all kinds of restaurants that were close not a lot of traffic which we loved and just an all-around great place to stay.

Third time for us at this property. There are some maintenance issues that would improve the guest experience which I am sending to the manager. Be aware that the beach side is being reconditioned and all of the stucco is being removed, plus some patio doors and windows are being replaced. So most of the beach side has no view and there is alot of noise during the day, inside and out. We have rented this condo for $250 per month in past years and that would be a fair price now. With the blocked view of the beach and the noise, I would not recommend renting at any price until the work is completed.

I love the privacy and beauty of this beach! Close to everything but still isolated from the overcrowded tourist crap. The places are perfect for a short or long stay.

This little apartment was awesome. You can talk to the people on the bEach from the apartment, it is so close. Thefold out couch was a little uncomfortable, for a couple, this would be great. We went with our 2 children, ages 9 & 11, so it was do able but a little tight squeeze. You can see the ocean from the bedroom and living room. It was super clean, they had stuff for you (we don't use because we brought our own) but they had beach chairs and towels. The only thing was they had me download a app and the code to get in was wrong in the app but correct in the documents they sent me via email. I called the number and was on hold for a minute but then the person gave me the code to get in. I would say awesome location, awesome apartment, amazing view and access to the beach. We stayed in 315. Not all seems to have the same view.

Awesome stay! My 4yo daughter and I stayed here with my parents and we had plenty of room. The location is perfect and the private beach was amazing! Parking could be a bit tricky at times as this was a busy time of year and it seemed as though all condos had been booked. This condo is on the 3rd floor so we were very pleased to find a convenient elevator! We were a bit disappointed that there was not an oven in the condo but we were able to make do with the stove top and microwave. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and proximity to the beach. Doing it all with a 4yo was a breeze! Overall, our stay was fantastic and we would definitely recommend this condo.

This condo was exactly as pictured and more! The views from every room were spectacular. The balcony, though small, felt like I was at the shore line. Everything was simple, like getting to the parking lot, getting to the beach and pool areas. Short drive/walk to lots of cute shops and restaurants that this stretch of the Gulf of Mexico has to offer. Bellaire Beach is protected from tall, intrusive buildings which gives this a 5+ rating for old Florida feel. Loved every minute and will return as I am from Tampa and know the area well enough to know a great beach condo experience and this was the greatest! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary here and it was our first time to the gulf side of Florida! Wow to everything! This is a fabulous unit to rent! Beautiful windows oceanfront! Location was great! It almost felt like we had a private beach. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. We even saw dolphins. The condo was small, clean and well equipped We had a mini girls trip made up of 4 adults. We had enough room! Let’s face it we weren’t there to hang out inside. Teeming was easy to work with when we asked to reschedule due to COVID concerns. Our original stay was supposed to be in May and since we were traveling with our mother we wanted to wait and come a little later. I will definitely use Teeming again! Very clean, quiet, small oceanfront condo in an ideal location that is peaceful and not busy, yet close to all the action and attractions of Clearwater Beach. It is perfect for one or two people and has the most beautiful ocean and vistas to the north and south from its small third floor corner balcony. I highly recommend this property.
