Great location in a nice neighborhood and only 5 minutes to downtown. Spacious rooms and a wonderful modern kitchen. The upgrades were obvious. Loved the large fenced front yard - good privacy and many trees.

This house comfortably housed 5 older ladies. We especially enjoyed that it was a ranch style house with no stairs. We used the barbecue for dinner and enjoyed eating outside with plenty of furniture to go around.

Shared this rental with my brother and his family during a recent trip to visit more family in Prescott. There were nine of us total. Really appreciated having a place to relax when we weren't on the go. Roomy, well-supplied, games for the kids-worked great for what we needed. Loved the peaceful neighborhood that was close to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely consider staying at this property again.

Just a quick trip to get out of the heat. The time went to fast and we just did a few things and it felt great to be up in the cool mountain air.
Not too handicap friendly as there was no mention of all the steps in the house and outside.
Showers for tall people only and no handicap bars...otherwise a nice clean house.

Overall, the house was fine. The only problem we had was that the power strip for the coffee maker and microwave did not work. Had to plug microwave direct into wall outlet and move coffee maker to counter to use. Also, just for your records, the grill had not been cleaned by previous guests. We did clean it after we used it. I don't understand why I am asked who stayed in the house. We stated on our reservation who was staying. Two adults and one dog. This is no reflection on the house rather VRBO/PMI.

We loved our stay at Lazy Pines Retreat. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the yard was perfect for our dog. Location was close to everything we wanted to do. There were some stains on the carpet and the couch has seen better days. We were only provided 2 rolls of TP, which didn’t last long, so if you stay there, bring some spare. Otherwise, a comfortable place to explore Prescott from.

Very welcoming home to stay in while our motorhome was being repaired at a local shop. All the essential kitchen tools made cooking here a treat.

My mother, my siblings , and I went back to Prescott to say goodbye to my dad after he passed. The house was a perfect place for us to reminisce and just relax when we weren’t seeing old friends. The location at the foot of Thumb Butte was exactly what we needed; quiet, beautiful scenery, and quick access to everywhere we wanted to go in Prescott/Prescott Valley.

Exceeded expectations. Yard was great and private! Awesome property and amenities! Good quality paper products!! Beautiful and festive Christmas decorations. Everyone had a blast at the house and exploring the town.

This was perfect set up for our family Christmas gathering. Had enough space for us where we could all eat dinner together, kitchen set up was great. House was stocked well and the outside area was very beautiful.

Very nice home that was comfortable, relaxing and very enjoyable! We did not need the interior space but this home is setup very nicely for small or large groups. Appreciate an owner/manager who will allow pet children lol. We appreciate the opportunity to have our furry kids with us and prove we are respectful guests. Love the opportunity this home has to offer! Will be visiting again soon. Thank you!

We were pleasantly surprised the host decorated for Christmas. It really made our stay since we were there for the holiday Courthouse Lighting. Also, the beds are ridiculously comfy- a rare find in my experience when renting!

We had a very pleasant stay in this quiet neighborhood. Front patio is Devine but not fenced. Backyard is small and partial dirt. Lots of rooms and beds, very nice kitchen area and bathrooms. Very clean and very well stocked.

It was a little disappointing the home was not cleaned and beds weren’t made. They came and made it right but kinda a sour note
Bunk bed lower bed needs new mattress or more slates mattress kept slipping and couldn’t be slept on comfortably

We had a wonderful stay! The house had 4 bedrooms which was perfect for our family. The front years was private and we loved sitting on the porch. Backyard had a dog run which was perfect for our dogs because it was fully fenced in. There was so much seating for around the TV and for meals. It was very comfortable and very close to downtown area. House was on a quiet street. We loved it and would definitely stay here again.

My family and friends had a great visit at this rental. We ventured up to Prescott for the whiskey off road mountain bike race. Beds were comfortable, home was clean and had more than enough accommodations for our stay. The yard was a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee and finish the day with a cold beer after the race. The only thing was the remote for the tv in the living room was a little hard to get to work. Other than that perfect stay! Thanks see y’all next year for the race!
