- The host was super kind and super attentive. He always went out of his way to help us and to accommodate our needs. He also helped arrange excursions and transport. - The Villa was bright and spacious. Plenty of space for families to relax. - The pool-table and table-tennis tables were a nice touch especially for the kids - The housekeeper was available at very short notice and was very kind.

- The pool was too cold to use at this time of year (October). It was not covered overnight. - The housekeeper was very good at cleaning the pool when asked. - The internet connectivity upstairs kept disconnecting- but the host was very kind and came to fix it many times but the problem reoccurred.

Literally everything!!! The service was beyond perfect, the villa was massive and extremely clean and well kept, the host was kind and prompt to all questions.

The location was a tad bit far from the main city. However it was in a very quiet area and extremely safe.

Have to start with how much of a gentleman the host Mr Aly was. He was waiting for us at the gate of what can only be described as a palace! He took us in with a big smile and walked us through the whole place while providing us with information of where everything was. The villa was incredibly spacious with 5 bedrooms and beds to accommodate the whole group (15), and situated in the heart of new cairo, so everything was just a call away. The area had just been cleaned and the pool was private and covered with a large seating area and bbq pit. We were also allowed to stay an extra few hours after check out times to enjoy the facilities for a while longer. I will definitely be going back again to this little peice of paradise in Cairo

Property was amazing. had everything we needed and more.

Compared to the surrounding villas, this should be named Super Luxurious Mansion. The architecture and interior design are truly lavish and stylish. The garden and pool provide excellent privacy and soothing relaxation. Mr. Ali is an extremely decent and helpful gentleman and will. spare no effort to accommodate requests.

The only potential reason for concern was the CCTV system, with cameras almost everywhere, including the pool. Mr. Ali did explain upon check-in that there are cameras and showed them. He also assured that the system does not record unless the guests set it as such. This is an excellent security measure, but I would recommend that the guest be given the option to disable it.
